About: I’ve had pets in my life since I was a child. I’ve taken care of and handled anything from big dogs to newborn puppies, long-haired cats to barn kitties, rats, hamsters, gerbils, snakes, chickens, turtles and fish! I love every animal as if they are my own and strive to make them as happy, comfortable and loved as possible. My current schedule is extremely flexible. I always have Thursdays and Fridays open. When I do work, my shifts are only 4-6 hours at a time so I can be with your fur babies! I am well versed in animal body language. I have no issues with training, crating, and playing with many different kinds of pets! I enjoy giving your animals lots of love and attention but can also understand and respect when animals need their own personal space!

About: Over the past four years, I have house-sat a multitude of times for all types of animals; birds, dogs, and even cats. I make sure that they get lots of love and playtime when I'm with them and any other requests by the owners. I have administered medicine to pets while I have house sat so there would be no worries while you are away! I have experience with foster dogs as well and volunteer at Animal Rescue Project. I am a college student so I have a very flexible schedule! With my classes, there is plenty of time for me to spend time with your furry friends and give them all the love they deserve while you are gone! When at your home, I'll make sure that your pet(s) gets fed on time, takes long walks, is let out when needed, and gets plenty of time to play. I also love to take pictures to send when you're away because everyone needs to see their fur baby while they are away. As the owner of two dogs, I understand the importance of wanting someone that you can trust to take care of your loved ones and I always make sure I provide the service and time that I would want for my pets.

About: I’ve always had animals of my own, basically since I was old enough to walk. I started my own pet-sitting business when I was 13. I’m the go-to for friends and family when they need their babies cared for and I love every breed. I studied veterinary medicine for a number of years and have more recently begun to train dogs, as well. I work full-time but I make my own schedule. I also live just a few minutes away from my work and can pop back to my house when need be. I’m already taking care of our senior dog, our new puppy, and our two cats. I love being outside and taking the babies for walks. I have a fenced in yard as well as two other dogs and two other cats. I have a large crate as well as two portable enclosures and no shortage of extra bowls, blankets, toys, and towels. I live in a great neighborhood and there is a park a block away. It’s important to me that animals are well taken care of and I love spending extra time playing and snuggling with any babies I get to hang out with.

About: I’ve always loved dogs and make sure to give them the best care possible. I want to take care of them as if they were my own. During the week, I work full-time and don’t have a lunch break, but I’m typically available after 4:15–4:30 PM, and I’m off at 3:00 PM on Fridays. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, cuddles, or just a little extra company, I’m happy to help however I can. I make sure to always take dogs on walks, and give them extra care. About: Hi! I am a junior at GVSU studying Radiation Therapy. I have pet sat and dog walked for family and friends for years. I’ve taken care of dogs ranging from nervous chihuahuas to chunky Rottweilers! I’ve also cared for many cat personalities too. I currently have 2 five year old Guinea pig girls, and my roommate has a Russian tortoise! I have a lot of time available, and would love to assist your family! As a busy college student- I actually have plenty of time to stay in someone’s home as I can study! When caring for an animal in a clients home I want to understand the animals personality, needs, and quirks. I love playing with animals, giving them affection, or just being in their presence. I make sure your pet/s have plenty bathroom breaks, constant clean water, fed at appropriate times, and feel loved. About: I've cared for dogs and cats of all kinds, and have owned my own large breed for 8 years. I love spending my free time with animals! I am in school right now, and perform music on the weekends. About: I've walked a lot of dogs! Some of my earliest experience was with my own childhood dogs. Then when I volunteered as a dog walker at seven star sanctuary in Saint Joseph. Some of my more recent has been walking my little brothers very excitable flat coat, Richard. I'm currently looking for work, so my schedule is open! I like to walk dogs since I can get in exercise while I work. I have a fenced yard that is shared with my duplex neighbor. They have kids and a small dog. I would take your dogs on a leash until I knew they'd be safe! I have plenty of space, but it'd be appreciated if you could bring their bed with them!

About: At a young age, I began to understand and care for our pets and those of friends and family members. I’ve learned how to be patient, kind, and active in order to provide the best care for dogs of various ages and sizes. Living in an apartment now post college, I’ve quickly realized how much I miss the joy and love a dog can bring. I would be incredibly honored to care and provide the most love to your furry family members! I do have a hybrid work schedule but it does come with flexibility to work around any at home requirements. I’ll typically be out of town Monday through Thursday, and have Friday through Sunday available at home. If given enough advance notice, I can manage my schedule to fit around your pets schedule. My work events can change weekly, so planning ahead of time is essential. When I’m not on the road, I work from home and have the ability to care for pets around the clock. My apartment complex is pet friendly, and there are many dogs that live throughout the building. There is an open grass area where many of them do their business, but I do prefer to walk around the block to give your dog more to sniff and space to choose where they’d like to “go”. There are also many local parks that I enjoy going to for little adventures! Since I will likely be working from home while caring for your pet, I will be able to provide 24 hour care and understand their needs throughout the day. Over the weekends, this will also be provided, as I typically stay home and go out around the area locally only.

About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve always had a natural connection with dogs and cats, and I genuinely believe they are incredibly intelligent, emotional, and individual creatures with their own personalities. Over the years, I’ve cared for many of my coworkers’, neighbors, friends, and my families pets, including dogs and cats that were described as shy, nervous, or not particularly friendly with new people. I’ve always been surprised by how quickly they tend to warm up to me. I’m patient with animals and pay close attention to their body language, giving them space when they need it while finding ways to build trust and keep them engaged. I’m also very active and love being outdoors, so I’m especially excited to take dogs on walks, hikes, adventures around the neighborhood, or to a park to play fetch and burn some energy. At the same time, I’m just as happy spending quiet time with a cat or a more relaxed pet. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, playful, independent, or needs a little extra patience, my goal is always the same to make them feel safe, comfortable, cared for, and genuinely happy while you’re away. I don’t just want to be their sitter I want to be someone they’re excited to see again. My current weekly routine is flexible and allows me to provide reliable, attentive care for pets. I work as a youth hockey coach, with practices or coaching responsibilities lasting approximately two and a half to three hours in the evening. I also work as a bar back three days a week. On those days, I typically do not need to be at work until 2:30 p.m., although my shifts usually end around midnight. Because of this schedule, I have availability during mornings, early afternoons, and on days when I am not working at the bar. I am able to plan pet care around my work commitments and make sure pets receive consistent attention, exercise, meals, and companionship. I understand that watching pets can affect my weekly routine, so I am careful to communicate clearly, organize my schedule in advance, and only accept bookings that I can fully commit to. I primarily provide pet care in the client’s home, where pets are already familiar with their surroundings and can maintain their normal routines. I believe this is the safest and most comfortable environment for most dogs and cats, especially when they are away from their owners. My home is relatively small, is not located in the most suitable area for walking pets, and does not have a fenced-in backyard, so I do not feel it would provide the best environment for boarding animals. Caring for pets in their own home allows me to give them individualized attention while keeping them in a familiar, secure setting. I am comfortable caring for both dogs and cats, as well as other household pets, depending on their specific needs and care instructions.
