We also appreciated how she handled an unexpected situation during a power outage. The resulting beeping in the house caused stress for Callie, and Kelli responded quickly by comforting her and reaching out right away for guidance on how to resolve it. However, we found communication to be inconsistent. We typically expect daily updates and photos from our sitters, but during this week-long stay, we only received photos twice and often had to initiate contact ourselves for updates. For pet owners who value proactive communication, this is an important consideration. While Kelli is very capable with complex care, consistent daily check-ins would have greatly improved our experience.”
“Jessica was awesome!!! We took a long trip out of state, all of our prior sitters were booked, so this was our first time with Jessica and we would highly recommend! We will definitely be using her in the future! We have very old dogs with lots of quirks and Jessica did great with them/cared for them very well. She gave frequent updates and pictures which was great and we felt very at easy knowing the pups were being taken care of well. Lastly she left the house very clean and orderly.”

“I do not know where to start other than Hillary went above and beyond for my furbabies Piper and Paislee. The night before Hillary was suppose to come stay at the house Paislee became very ill and was at emergency vet from 615pm until 6 am. I explained everything that was going on to Hillary and for not ever watching Piper and Paislee she was very attentive to Paislee as we had to leave 2.5 hours after getting her home to the airport. I cooked everything I needed and left all medications on the counter and let her know the times of next doses. She seemed comfortable with everything and I couldn’t have been lucky enough to find her. She used her best judgment and I couldn’t have been anymore blessed with her caring PIper and Paislee. I was able to get updates about every other day due to our traveling plans. I let her know many times how grateful I was. Then I came home to a beautiful letter and she washed all the blankets from the dogs, towels, and the guest room bedding. She do not have to do that but I am grateful. Hillary went way above and beyond caring for our dogs. Thank you Hillary from the bottom rny heart!!!!!!!!”
