About: I absolutely love dogs and have always wanted one of my own. However, because my family is allergic, I’ve had to live vicariously through friends. I’m not super experienced in some of the more niche aspects of pet ownership, but I certainly know how to walk, feed, play with, and pick up after dogs. I am currently a university student in the Middletown, CT area. I’m pretty flexible with my schedule (besides when I’m in class). I’m most available on weekends, but can accept the occasional walk on weekdays. I always try my best to cater to your pet’s needs. I stay attentive, ready to interpret their cues, and able to accommodate any of their needs.

About: I often joke that I like animals more than people and with that being said, I can promise that I will love on your furbaby as if they were my own. I am open to house-sitting at your residence if that is better for the animals. I'm available 24/7 for boarding at my house, as long as your pup is crate-trained and okay being home alone for 6-8 hours as I do work full time Monday-Friday. Same hours go for housesitting at the pet's home. I have lots of space to roam in the house. Couch and bed are free spaces. If your pet prefers to be crated at night, I am happy to do so. At your house, I am happy to follow all rules set in place.

However, we found communication to be inconsistent. We typically expect daily updates and photos from our sitters, but during this week-long stay, we only received photos twice and often had to initiate contact ourselves for updates. For pet owners who value proactive communication, this is an important consideration. While Kelli is very capable with complex care, consistent daily check-ins would have greatly improved our experience.
