About: Since I was five years old there’s always been a dog in my house. Currently I have a 7 year old rescue French bulldog named Lady. She came to us with multiple medical concerns and I feel very comfortable providing attention and care to dogs! I have experience dog sitting for multiple friends and I am looking to branch out. I’m currently at home full time and am able to have a flexible schedule to meet pets’ needs! Our dog Lady likes to go to our apartment dog run a few times a day. With the summer heat and her short snout, she can’t go for long walks, but she loves an afternoon nap. During this time I would be able to spend some solo time on a nice walk with another dog if they wanted! We have a fenced in dog run at the apartment and grassy areas nearby to explore. Our dog Lady loves company and playing - Especially with all her toys! We do have a crate for Lady when we leave the house. Dogs are allowed on the couch and on the bed. We have a long hallway that’s perfect for playing fetch too.

About: **Beginning 9/22/26 we will be taking a few months hiatus as we welcome our first baby! If you are one of our routine clients, feel free to message us anyway as we may be ready to take dogs sooner - you never know 😊** I moved away from the New England area during the pandemic and came to the Midwest where I didn’t know anyone. Back home, I had friends and family begging me to go on vacation so they could dog sit my dog, but here, without knowing too many people, finding a dog sitter was a really difficult ordeal. Thankfully, Rover and other apps helped, especially when I was able to travel again. I'm looking to help out in the same way this app and others helped me. I live in a large home with my wife Kelly, two dog friendly cats, and a very chill dog of our own. Pearl and Boy are our orange kitties and Candy is a 55lb brown lab mix. Candy and I used to be a certified therapy animal team when we had more time on our hands. All three animals love company (mostly human company but other animals are more than welcome, too) so your pet will definitely not be alone while you're away between us five. We do have a fenced-in yard and all dogs are welcome to roam the entire house - especially if you also allow that in your home. But if your animal needs their own space, we have a loft area, the yard, and various dog beds to decompress throughout the house. The old owners of our home used to be dog breeders and the home came with amenities specifically catered to hosting dogs. While we don’t and won’t breed ourselves, these features of the home make a great dog-friendly home for any pet while you’re away! We both work full time but Kelly is home three days a week and I’m home the other two. Typically my day revolves around when I should take the dogs out anyway. Usually one walk around 7am, another around noon, another around 5 when I get back and one before bed. How we care for your pet will be completely up to you and how you normally care for them. The goal is to keep the disruption of a routine to a minimum while treating your dog to a change of scenery and a new friend

About: In my 16 years of watching dogs, I’ve had the pleasure of being the exclusive dogsitter for 8+ families across northeast Indiana, Indianapolis and Grand Rapids. I’ve worked with families of multiple dogs, experienced hands-on training from certified dog trainers, and families with more than dogs. All-in-all, I’ve come to know and experience many routines for many breeds and have provided excellent care for all of them. I'm newly self-employed after 3 years of working remotely! Looking to both apply my whole self to this marketing agency founder life while being able to pay my bills. I can work remotely from anywhere with wifi, a spot to sit, perhaps a good cup of coffee, and any fur babes by my side. And like pets, I need my exercise, too. With 16 years of experience, I've definitely encountered many furry faces with many unique features. And I can handle the cats with claws and the big dogs with lots of bark and no bite. It's been observed by my closest friends, family, and perfect strangers that I bring a calming aura to their personal spaces. I'd care for your pets, and your home, as I care for my own: sticking to routines, prioritizing their health and safety, getting them active, all while maintaining a clean home.

About: I have years of experience caring for animals, from dogs to cats & rabbits. Pet care is an area that I am thrilled to be now pursuing on a higher level. Animals have captured my heart for years, and this is something that will not change now or in the future. I am someone who pays attention to details and always has animal welfare at the forefront of my mind. I do not doubt that I am someone to be trusted with your animals. I look forward to potentially working with you! I am fortunate in that I have a fairly flexible routine currently. This allows for pet care jobs and responsibilities to be easier to take on. I am happy to watch your animals in your home if all checks out. What might it look like? I could stop by once or twice a day (‘depending) to make sure your pet(s) are well and everything is running smoothly. For example, I just wrapped up pet sitting for someone I know in the area & she gave me a spare key for her place. This is just what made sense & what she was comfortable with at the time. She left some realistic instructions for me & all went well. It was a win-win situation. You just need help with dog walking? I am happy to consider that as well!

About: I am the friends and family dog sitter! I’ve grown up with dogs all my life and I could still pet them for hours and not get bored. On average I stay at someone houses for a week while they’re on vacation as well as but not as often a weekend stay. As well as drop in visits to feed, walk or let pets out to do their business. I am great will all breads and sizes of dogs/cats, as well as ages such as senior animals. I personally took are of our 90lb 11 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback after her back legs gave out. So while using a harness I would help her do everything, such as standing up to eat, move around and go outside. I can also do things like trimming nails and bathing them (especially if you unable to bath them yourself). I truly care and feel for every animal as if they were my own. I’m currently not working full time at the moment and have been doing small jobs here and there such as dog sitting for friends and family. I have a great portion of time for spend getting to know and engaging in your pets. I’m available anytime after 9am. I will care for your pets the way I would care for my own and in such continue their regular and daily routine. Including things such as walking them in the morning/night, playing with them and loving them or any other needed or wanted activities.

She was extremely courteous, kind and punctual and super communicative from the initial interview and meeting throughout the entire time we were away. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was in high school and had my first dog, Charlie. I’ve watched dogs overnight with me and I’d love to watch your dogs during the day. Over the weekends. I’m available and in the afternoons and evenings I’m available after 4. I’d mostly like to walk dogs but I could house sit on a long weekend. About: I have been with rover, dog bording, since 2018. I love animals, they are my favorite. I pet every dog I see. I have also been around animals my whole life. When I was younger I had a dog named rocky, he was a cocker spaniel and a beagle mix, I had him for 13 years. When we had to put him down part of my soul left, he was my best friend. I know what its like to love your beautiful animals, through hard times they are always there for us. They are all created with beautiful souls, we are so lucky to have something like that by our sides. With that being said, I would love to take in your pet as if it were my own. I am able to get to know your dog and they dont think im a stranger when they come back! I have a lot of space to take your dog for a walk. About: We’ve had a family puppy for as long as I can remember! My brother and I do lots of volunteering between nearby shelters and we also do watch other dogs. My aunt has two German Shepards and a pit-bull that I watch quite often so I have experience with bigger dogs as well. I’m currently working a full time job from 8:30-4:30 PM, M-F. I can watch a dog any day during the week and or overnight as long as they can go that long without potty breaks! If the house is nearby I can go on my lunches to let the pets out :) We currently have an electric fence and colar for our puppy and are very cautious any time letting him out. I will give the same care for your puppy any time I am around it!

About: I’m a dog mom and have always had dogs growing up. I tend to hover when we go for walks or at the park just because I’m protective. I will protect the babies at all cost. I know more signs to look for and no dog of any size or temperament will scare me away. They all deserve love I currently work a typical 10-5 job during the week and some hours on the weekend. But I’ll always make sure your pet is taken care of before work and I do get breaks and can let them during that time. I keep an eye on them and my surroundings at all times. They never leave my sight. They will get plenty of exercise and attention.
