“Uncle Terry and Aunt Chuckie are the best pet sitters. My YorkiePoo, Jamaica loves them and I am very appreciative. They are warm, welcoming, and very loving. He requires a great deal of attention and interaction which they happily provide. They are also very flexible with my travel schedule which is a tremendous blessing to me. I am so very thankful for the love and care they provide Jamaica on a weekly basis. I highly recommend their services.”

“I am completely at ease when we leave our german shorthair pointer with this family. We get plenty of updates and it looks like Daisy gets plenty of playtime with their pet and plenty of attention from the humans. The second time we brought her there she ran right up to the house like she remembered the good memories she made there the last time.”

“My dog is often fairly aloof with strangers. But he bonded with Felix immediately upon meeting him! The big fenced yard was certainly a plus too. Felix sent me messages and pictures daily so that I knew they were having fun together. My dog got to enjoy long walks each day with the freedom to explore all the new smells along the way. I didn't worry or feel guilty leaving my dog behind because I knew he was happy in Felix's care!”

“Wow, Marissa is the best. We got photos frequently and reports of how our furry friend was doing. She was very responsive and flexible with our crazy work schedules. Best sitter ever!”

“Jenn was the most amazing sitter for our puppy! She is very responsive and great at sending photos and updates. You can tell that her and her family truly valued having our dog stay with them, even with him being a 4 month old puppy that does all the puppy things. We felt comfortable having him there and he came home exhausted after a fun weekend for him. I would absolutely recommend Jenn!”

“I would definitely recommend Melvin and Sean! This was our first time leaving our baby Charlie. As someone who deals with anxiety it wasn't an easy thing for me to do. However they made me feel completely at ease and assured me that he was safe and well taken care of. The photo updates they sent throughout the stay helped so much and truly gave me peace of mind. I’m so grateful for the wonderful care they provided! We will definitely use them again.”

“Katherine was excellent with our black lab! Even with a fairly short notice, she and her family welcomed her and took great care of her over the weekend. Would book again!”

“A wonderful experience! We were nervous as this was our first time boarding our dog, but at the meet and greet Jacob had each of his dogs meet ours one on one. The dogs all got along, and I think ours was excited to have other dogs to play with! She was with them for three nights, and was well cared for. She came home happy and healthy - it is such a relief knowing we have a future resource for times we can’t bring her with us, and it was so nice knowing she was in a home with a big fenced backyard, instead of in a kennel. Thank you for taking such great care of our Daisy girl!”

“Jacy is AMAZING! She made our sweet boy so happy. Spoiled him with constant play time and love. She communicated regularly with so many pictures. 10/10 recommend! We are so grateful for such excellent care!”

“Jayme's family was such a great home for our dog while we were away. He is delightfully himself right when we pick him up, which lets us know that he is comfortable and loved there.”

About: I have 2 dogs, a 10yo Basenji and a 14yo Beagle. I have experience with dogs as little as 5 pounds and as big as 120 pounds, as young as 3 months and older seniors. I've been pet sitting/dog walking full time for 2.5 years, but have been experienced for over 10 years with my own dogs. This is my full time job. I walk up to 20 miles per day. I drive to each clients house, to either walk their dog or stop in to feed them/play with them. For dog boarding, the dogs will be home max of 6 hours by themselves (often is less) so I can do my normal dog walking job. When I'm home, my kids and I will spend lots of time loving on your dogs and playing with them. I have 2 dogs of my own, so I know how to handle dogs, how to walk with them, and clean up after them. I'm looking forward to building a relationship with you and your dog! For in my home, I will treat your dog the same as my 2 dogs, with love and care! Myself and my 2 kids absolutely love any and all dogs!

“Blue had a great time with Dale and his dogs. His communication with us was great from the start, sending updates everyday of his stay. Made us feel comfortable from the first meet and greet. Will be booking with him again!”

“Christine and her crew were incredible and did a great job. Thor came home exhausted and without any bad habits (begging from the table, attempting to get on furniture, etc). Great communication before and throughout the stay. Thor loved his time with Cornelius and is looking forward to his next visit.”

About: I remember being a kid and finding a stray kitten at the store wandering around the front door begging for food.. I petted it and it followed me back to the car. My Grandma had no choice but to bring it home with us and that is just part of my story. I had that cat for 20 years. My two boys who are 10 and 13 love animals as much as I do. We just lost our Newfoundland and we still have our Collie, 2 cats, a bearded dragon, and our monstrous fish in the aquarium. I've learned that each animal has different needs and I know a lot about how to care for them. I prioritize peace and safety in our home and I want to give each animal a fun experience while you are away. Your pet will be part of the family when they are visiting with us. Our Collie, Creed, is excited to host new friends! Summertime, I stay at home and take care of the kids. I'm home most of the time except for any family trips we might take. During the school year, I work during the week on school days at my son's school, and pick kids up after school, but I'm otherwise home. Home on the weekends. I'm available on weekends and home. During the week, I work at my son's school part time and am home after 3 pm. I have a fenced in yard and one dog that loves to play with new friends. I also have two cats that are friendly with dogs. Depending on your pets personality, l will be quiet and calm and gentle with them, and/or play and take them for walks. I'll make sure they're safe and well cared for while you're gone.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Jenison
Ryleigh and Aaron were so great with our dog Tucker. We needed care last minute and they were great about setting up a meet and greet quickly so we could make sure it was a good fit for our family and theirs. Tucker can be shy and anxious, and they were patient and sweet with him. They were good at communicating with us, and sent us a few pictures and updates so we knew he was doing well! We definitely recommend them to others looking for care for their fur babies!
