“I am so thankful to have found Serge on Rover. My regular dog walker had to move away with little notice, and I needed a walker ASAP. Based on the reviews, I took a chance on Serge and knew I had made the right choice from the first time we interacted. He is so communicative, and I can tell he loves dogs. This is definietey the guy you want walking your dog.”

“Rachel is so wonderful! Our dogs June and Dana love her visits so much. They look 5 years younger after a weekend with Rachel! 😊 She’s been watching our pups (and kitty) for a long time and we absolutely love her.”

“It was difficult finding a sitter over the busy holiday season that was good with a shy/skittish dog like ours, so glad we found Fatima!! Our dog was immediately comfortable around her, and we knew they’d enjoy their nice long daily walks together. Fatima was also very communicative, she met him beforehand, was helpful in fixing my scheduling mistake, and sent us Rover Cards for every walk. We look forward to booking with her again!”

About: Dear parent(s), I thank you for considering me to look after your puppy. In the following short paragraphs you will read a little bit about me and my love for nature. SERVICE: I cater to those parents who need either a "once in a while" (but can be frequent) and/or a "last minute" sitting/walking care. I update my Rover availability based on my regular job's schedule to date to provide you a better service. ME: My love and passion for puppies began at a very young age. Growing up, I was blessed with having at least one dog in the household. During my high school years, I worked at a parrot shop located in Edgewater. There, I cared for baby parrots by handfeeding them their formula, which I prepared myself. I also kept a health chart on many baby parrots. Adults parrots were also present and cared for. My love and respect for animals has only increased through the years. Life has us all working so much that it takes us away from what we would rather do, spend time with our pets. Your dog will be cared for and looked after when you need to attend other matters. I have cared for dogs in the past, small and large (Saint Bernard the largest). I cannot pet sit in my home, but I can come to yours, though most of the time I will be out with him/her. So next time your puppy needs love and care when you need to be elsewhere, book me. I will make sure to fill that void your absence will leave, so the time he/she misses you will be less. Though I love dogs very much, I can be firm when needed. If there are any special requirements, please let me know. A. If your dog is shy, I will make sure he/she is not overwhelmed by other dogs or even humans. B. If he/she is hyper, to avoid kids being frightened. C. Do you prefer that your dog does not visit dog parks, or at least when they are not that busy? etc. I am currently a Real Estate Agent. My main working days are the weekends for open houses. This provides me with the freedom to care for your pet during the week, which is when most doggies are home-alone, but not anymore if I have a say in the matter. Building regulations and lack of space have prevented me from such joy. While I cannot pet sit at my home, I can take your dog outdoors. I try and stay physically active, so your dog will be walking and playing.

About: With a lifelong passion for animals, I bring years of hands-on experience in caring for both dogs and cats. I was raised with dogs and currently care for my own 4-year-old Goldendoodle, so I understand the importance of consistent routines, attentive care, and building trust with each pet. My experience includes daily walks, grooming, administering medications, playtime, feeding, and providing calm, comforting companionship. I’m also familiar with feline care—whether it’s maintaining litter boxes, feeding routines, or respecting their need for space and affection. I treat every pet as if they were my own, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and well-cared for in your absence. • Weekdays: Available from 6 PM – 9 PM • Weekends: Available from 9 AM – 6 PM • Summer (June–August): Flexible availability, typically 10 AM – 6 PM Whether caring for pets in my home or a client’s, I focus on creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where pets feel relaxed and loved. I follow any specific routines or instructions closely—this includes feeding schedules, medication, exercise needs, and any behavior preferences. I provide plenty of attention, affection, and enrichment through play, walks, and calm companionship. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of the space and make sure your pet feels secure in their familiar surroundings. I keep communication open with regular updates, photos, and check-ins so you can feel confident and at ease while you’re away. My goal is always to maintain your pet’s routine and make their time away from you as smooth and stress-free as possible.

About: Hello my name is Roland and I have been caring for all types of animals since I was 7 yrs old. I'm an animal lover. Dog, cats, birds, reptiles, ECT. I'm the Newt Scamander of the Muggle world. Growing up I had a german shepard, a beagle who was lost and found a home with my family, and a Pug/husky mix named Buddy. Each one was a wonderful dog and they are sadly missed. Unfort. our dog Gracie Lou our purebred Golden passed away of Natural causes. But I am still available for pet sitting and house sitting. In my experience no dog is a bad dog. They need to be listened to and understood as most people do. With time and patience you can work with them and make them a better member to your family. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover since I was 5. We had a German Shepard when I was growing up and he passed away when I was 10. When I was 13 a Beagle followed me home from school and I searched high and low for it's owner. We found his owner who didn't want him and so we adopted him. He lived 6 years with us and he then was hurt badly in an accident. During my Sophmore year in college I adopted a Pug/Husky mix that I shared with my Mother. We grew to love and care for him until he passed away. About my yard. I don't have one. But we have a 1st floor 2 bedroom with tons of space and a dog park nearby as well as a track-dog walking places all around. payments on rover or the cash app (cheaper price if you use this app) My experience administering medication I have no issues with Admin. Meds as long as I get a detailed instruction on how the owner Admins or the bottle is labeled correctly.

“You were great and I will defenitely use you in the future. I was nervouse at first but Gigi was happy and did great with Lauren. Gigi can be very nervous outside and Lauren was patient with her and provided me daily updates. 5 stars!!”

She has been cat sitting for me when I go on various trips since 2016. :) Always lovely with my cats since they were kittens and genuinely so excited to receive them and spend time with/care for them. She's always sent me photos/videos throughout the trip of them (which is so sweet since I truly miss my babies when i'm away).
