Caitlin is a dependable and trustworthy sitter. I kinda plan my vacations when she can watch my pup😂 I come back from trips and my dog always is happy, like she enjoyed hanging out with her new friend (maybe she needs the occasional break from me LOL). Caitlin has watched my dog a few times over the last year and around when I first got her. My dog has improved a lot but definitely requires a sitter who is understanding and kind like Caitlin. Before Caitlin I had sitters turn me down because they discriminated against her breed, not even giving her a chance. I really appreciate Caitlin treating her like her own dog and being so loving towards her. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
