“Jessica was an amazing sitter I can tell my puppy was well taken care of and had lots of fun. He seemed sad a few days after getting back lol that’s how much fun he had! She was very communicative and sent lots of pics. She was also very patient as he did have an accident in her house. I would book again and any owner can feel comfortable leaving their dogs in her care!”

“Valeria treated our senior dog Hapa like her own. He requires special care and she didn’t mind at all and sent us pictures daily with updates on him. We will always use her for now on for our pet sitting requirements. thank you”

“Juan Pablo took excellent care of our two dogs. He sent us regular pics and videos. He provided a positive social environment with his dog and other neighbour’s dogs. It was like one big Chi family. We had a great time on our vacation knowing our dogs were well taken care of. The peace of mind is priceless!”

“Another awesome stay with Gregory and Xena! It was clear from the photos he had a great time. Thank you Ms. Xena for letting Banksy steal your doggy bed from time to time. Looking forward to our next stay.”

“Camilla was great!! She offered to do a meet and greet and gave me a tour of her place to ensure that I was comfortable with where my baby was going to be staying. She also sent pictures of him daily and was very communicative. I would definitely use her again!”

“Zelda’s second stay with Kelly was just as great as the first one. She was even excited in the car as we were showing up to drop her off which is always a great sign! Kelly and her family are top notch and attentive and we will definitely be using her services again.”

“Taylor was incredibly responsive and communicative Throughout Lenny’s stay. She also sent us lots of photos and updates, and it was reassuring to see how happy and comfortable our dog was. We’re so happy we found Taylor and will absolutely be booking with her again in the future.”

“Finding someone you trust to watch your dog is a big deal! Adrian was wonderful with Mica and sent many pictures where he looked very happy. The doggy playmates were wonderful for him. Adrian has an obvious love and compassion and it shows in Mica when he came home. We will be using her again.”

“Absolutely fantastic. I plan on using Gheraldine whenever I travel. She’s not the closest, but I feel so comfortable leaving my baby with her. Pics, videos, updates - all the good stuff to make me feel at peace. HIGHLY recommend her services.”

“Catherine is incredibly caring and thoughtful with my dog––from what time and how long to walk her during summer months to giving her medication and meals to providing me photos of how she's doing and how happy she is. I have complete peace of mind when I'm traveling. My dog has diabetes so her care is very specific and I always feel confident she's well cared for.”

“Elizabeth was very flexible with scheduling and keeping my Portie for a late pickup at 11:00 pm. She texted photos and videos everyday which was reassuring that all was going well. I will definite hope to use her again next time I need a pet sitter. Than you, Elizabeth.”

“Marcos took great care of Skip and Stacy. He sent us lots of photos and updates while we were gone. Hes conveniently located near the fort lauderdale Airport.”

“Arlen was great. We did a meet and greet before boarding to make sure everything was a good fit, and Lady, who is normally a very anxious dog, seemed super comfortable right away and immediately started exploring the space. Arlen sent daily pictures and was very accommodating throughout the stay. My flight was canceled the day I was supposed to pick Lady up, and Arlen truly saved the day by being flexible and able to continue accommodating her. It spared me the added stress of worrying about boarding plans while already dealing with the stress of canceled travel. I would absolutely book with him again.”

“What a great experience with Nicole - it was so good my dog Mocha didn't want to come home :) Fantastic communication from the moment we met and during the stay received many photos and videos showing me how happy Mocha was. She can't wait to come back !”

“Natalie was the absolute best!!! Our pup had the best time!! She sent lots of updates and pictures every day as well! Can’t wait to use her again! ☺️”

“Marley had another great stay with Antonio! This is her second time staying with him and when she saw him she put her paws on his shoulders and gave him kisses :) She’s not a huge people-dog so this was an excellent sign that she loves and feels comfortable with him! She came home happy and relaxed. Marley is our world and we feel so lucky to know that she has a safe place to stay when we are away and has someone like Antonio to look after her and give her lots of treats and attention! Thank you again Antonio!”

“Andrea and her family took wonderful care of my kingpin, I never had to ask for photos, she kept me updated the whole stay. My king enjoyed himself there and he had lots of fun with her dog.”

About: Lifelong dog lover and current med student here! Raised alongside a Cockapoo and a Goldendoodle since I was six, I’ve spent nearly my whole life caring for pups. My medical training makes me exceptionally detail-oriented, reliable, and calm under pressure, while my inner kid just wants to provide the same love and attention I give my own family dogs. I’m a med student taking a gap year to study for my Step 1 exam. Since I study from home nearly 24/7, your pup will have constant companionship, a quiet environment, and endless study-break cuddles!. I’ve raised and loved a Cockapoo and a Goldendoodle since I was six years old, so dog care is second nature to me. Living right in Las Olas, I offer a premium, ultra-reliable, and highly attentive environment. My medical background means your pet is in the safest, most responsible hands possible!

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Fort Lauderdale
Valeria is an amazing sitter! Lola remembered her and her son from when she was a puppy so I know it made it easier for the transition. But it just goes to show a dog never forgets a loving family. It's so nice to be away and feel absolutely confident and comfortable that your dog is in good hands. Highly recommend!
Zelda’s second stay with Kelly was just as great as the first one. She was even excited in the car as we were showing up to drop her off which is always a great sign! Kelly and her family are top notch and attentive and we will definitely be using her services again.

Absolutely spectacular. Truly one of a kind. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My dog and cat were incredibly well cared for, the communication was excellent, the house was immaculate, and I came home to two very happy animals. It’s rare to find someone this responsible, thoughtful, trustworthy, and genuinely great with animals. I hope this review gets them a ton more business because they absolutely deserve it. I would recommend them without hesitation and will 100% use them again. An absolute gem.
I have no words for how absolutely incredible Diana was. She was so knowledgeable and my dog fell head over paws for her. She always had a wide array of fun toys, treats, and activities to do with him. When I ran into an emergency and had to extend our stay, she went above and beyond to accommodate. Kodie had an absolute blast and I was able to relax knowing he was in the best possible hands. Your pets would be lucky to have the chance to stay with Diana 👑 10000000000/10 recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Leah and Juan! They took such great care of our girl and treated her with so much love and kindness. We could tell she was happy, comfortable, and well cared for while we were away. It gave us such peace of mind knowing she was in such loving hands. We truly appreciate all the care and attention they gave her, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to look after their pets! ❤️🐾
If I could give Adriana 10 stars I would. She took care of my XL senior american bulldog with the same care and attention as I would. She sent multiple pictures every day, gave him plenty of social time and outside time, and I could not recommend her enough. When I picked him up he looked like he wanted to stay!!!! The truest sign that he was being given lots of love and attention :-)

Felipe and his wife were absolutely incredible!! I couldn’t have asked for a more communicative and thoughtful pair. I was constantly updated with photos and I really felt safe with my babies being with them. A huge bonus is the fact that they have a fenced backyard so the dogs could go out and get some exercise. I would absolutely recommend.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
