About: I am a kind-hearted, energetic, and dependable animal lover with a lifetime of experience caring for pets. I have owned dogs since I was born and grew up with a family cat, giving me experience caring for both dogs and cats. I understand that every pet has their own unique personality, routine, and needs, and I strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and EXXXTRA loved while you're away! In my free time, I also volunteer at a local animal shelter because I truly love being around animals and caring for pets of all ages and personalities. 3-year experienced Physical Therapist working Tuesday-Fridays in Fort Lauderdale. Once I begin my new role, I'll still be available all-day Saturdays through Mondays, making long weekends a great time to book with me! I primarily provide care in clients' homes, where your pet or pets are most comfortable in their familiar environment, but am happy to host small dogs in my own home! I will happily take the time to learn your pet's routine and follow it closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication schedule, while providing plenty of love and attention. My goal is to keep your pet/s happy, comfortable, and stress-free while you're away. I'll also keep you updated with way too many photos and messages so you can have peace of mind knowing your furry friend is in great hands!
“Aaron is AWESOME! He came and helped me out big time when I had a sudden emergency stay at the hospital. He went above and beyond with my dog Tank. He took great of him in my absence and I can’t be more appreciative. Truly 5 star!💯”

About: I’ve been caring for pets for years, starting with my family’s pets and later pet sitting for friends, family and people I was referred to through word of mouth. I also have two cats of my own, so I know how important it is to have someone you can trust to actually show up, follow their routine and give them real attention. For drop ins and walks, I’m happy to handle feeding, fresh water, litter boxes, walks, playtime and whatever else your pet normally needs while you’re out. I currently have a flexible schedule, which gives me plenty of availability for walks and drop in visits throughout the week. I can accommodate different routines and am happy to work around your pet’s usual feeding, walk or check in times. I’m careful, reliable and easy to reach. I’ll follow any instructions you leave and send a quick update after each walk or drop in so you know everything went smoothly.
“Marianne was a dream pet sitter for our three outdoor cats. She is communicative, helpful and caring. We highly recommend and will definitely think of Marianne for future pet sitting needs.”

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover with rescue experience and a proud Frenchie and Pitbull mom. I’m also a trusted dog sitter in my neighborhood, caring for pups with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own dogs. I understand that every dog has their own personality, energy, and needs—and I love getting to know what makes each pup special! Whether your dog needs a good walk, some playtime, cuddles, or extra companionship, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while they’re in my care. Available mornings and late evenings for dog walks, with weekends and holidays available by special request. Flexible, dependable, and happy to accommodate your pup’s needs whenever possible! I’ll treat your home and your pup with the same care I give my own. During walks, I’ll stay attentive, use safe routes, and keep your dog secure. I’ll follow your instructions and routines while being mindful of hot weather and making sure your pup stays comfortable, hydrated, and safe. Communication is very important to me! I’ll keep pet parents updated with lots of photos, videos, and updates throughout each visit, so you can feel comfortable knowing your fur baby is happy, safe, and well cared for. ❤️🐾
“Genesis was so great! She was very detailed and sent a lot of pictures. She kept us updated. We will definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone in need.”

About: I am a dog mom to a 6 year old goldendoodle and have had cats & dogs my whole life. I love to care and nurture animals as they are such precious beings. I've dealt with all breeds, ages, and sizes of dogs with different treatment protocols. I pay very close attention to detail and will provide the same care you provide because I know how important it is. I truly love nurturing and find it my calling! I am transitioning out of corporate life as a marketing director and am wanting to do this full time as this is makes me more happy in this season of life :) With that being said, I am free everyday to care for your pets! At home my dog is fully trained and has fully capacity to roam the house. I also care for animals that need to be crated, limited by space, and more. I am willing to always abide by the rules that are set with each family. Every pet has their own way of life.
“Kristina was willing to provide extra effort during the time we were away. My wife, I, and our cats appreciated her helpfulness while our condo contractors had an unexpected schedule change impacting our unit. We will certainly contact her again when we travel next.”

“Briana has been great with my mini Australian Shepherd puppy. Very reliable, she gives updates throughout the visit and follows any instructions I give her. Highly recommend!”

“If I could give Sandra a 10-star rating, I would. Make that 100 stars. She loves on our pup just as much as we do and I always feel so comfortable knowing she is taking care of our little guy. She is incredibly thorough, responsive and responsible. I genuinely don't know what we'd do if we didn't find her!”

“Caitlin is wonderful! I just rescued my dog from the treats, so there has been a lot of experimenting with finding the best routine. Caitlin has been incredibly flexible and gives Emma the absolute best care and love. I completely trust her and feel comfortable going to work knowing that Caitlin will let her out. I will definitely keep booking her!”

About: I have over 8 years of experience caring for cats and dogs, and I’ve been around animals my entire life. I come from a family that has always had both cats and dogs, so caring for them has always been a natural part of my daily life. I truly love animals and enjoy spending quality time with them, playing, giving attention, and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I also like to keep everything clean and organized so your pets can stay relaxed and you can have peace of mind too. My cat is also very friendly with dogs, which has helped me become even more comfortable understanding different pet personalities and behaviors. At the moment, I have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate quality time and attention to the pets I care for. Feel free to contact me so we can find a routine and schedule that works best for you and your pet. Currently, I mainly offer care in the client’s home, especially because I enjoy keeping pets comfortable in a familiar environment and maintaining their usual routine as closely as possible. I have plenty of experience with dogs and truly enjoy spending time with them, from walks and playtime to simply keeping them company and making sure they feel safe, calm, and well cared for. With cats, I’ve noticed that many tend to feel more relaxed staying in their own space, so I’m happy to do regular visits throughout the day to give them attention, care, food, clean spaces, and companionship while you’re away.
“Cherie is the best cat sitter! She gave amazingly detailed reports on how my cat was doing and how he was eating and interacting with her. I felt so good knowing my brand was in the care of Cherie! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a drop in visitor for your pet:)”

“Claudia was very professional and made sure she knew all the information about our dog Connie prior to the official pet visit. She sent me updates and photos and kept my dog entertained when she didn’t want to walk due to it being very hot out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Claudia to anyone who needs a trustworthy pet sitter who is great with animals ☺️”

About: Hi! My name is Nicole and I am originally from Chicago. I first moved to Fort Lauderdale in 2019 to pursue my Doctor of Audiology degree. During my few years here I have created special bonds with many dogs and their owners. I have been petsitting since high school and unconditionally love animals. I have petsat dogs and cats, which included me staying overnight at the owner's homes, as well as having them at my apartment. I love to play with them and take great care of them. Out of all the animals in the world, dogs are my absolute favorite. They bring me so much joy and ever since I can remember I have always had a passion for dogs. I take care of all my client's pets with lots of love, just ask any of my previous clients! At this time I cannot have my own dog, but in a couple of years I hope to have my own! If I am not traveling out of town for work (my calendar gets updated for at least 2 months out), I usually work from home, and I am free during weekends! I am a very responsible person and treat everyone's dog as my own. Typically I don't leave for more than a few hours because I love spending as much time as I can with them. I have created so many bonds with pups and their owners in Fort Lauderdale so if you would ever like a reference, please let me know and I will provide some for you (:

About: I’ve lived in Fort Lauderdale for over 5 years and finally have a home of my own and for my dog. I work from home and usually have plenty of time during the day for potty breaks, walks, and play time. I’m also looking to meet dog friends for Freja and friends for me. I have grown up with dogs, cats, birds and fish my entire life. Not only am I here to take care of your pets but to make your life easier. I'm looking to make a little bit of money but also trying to branch out of my routine and meet my neighbors. I am happy to talk to you more about my skills and what you're looking for if you think I could be a match for your needs. I work from home and am fairly flexible. I can do drop ins or stick around during the day if you have wifi I can use. I live in an apartment complex with two dog parks and can take your pets there or on walks around the neighborhood. Whatever works best for you and your pet.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Fort Lauderdale
Henry was amazing! From minute he met our dogs, we knew they would be in great hands. Henry did a great job of handling our three energetic dogs, calming their excitement, and playing with them during his visit. While he was watching them, Henry sent detailed reports and photos, and it’s obvious the dogs loved their time with Henry! We would absolutely book again.

Aaron was absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, his communication was excellent. Responsive, professional, and reassuring. It was clear he genuinely cares about the dogs, and seeing how comfortable, happy, and affectionate they were with him spoke volumes. They took to him immediately, which gave us so much peace of mind. We would happily trust Aaron with our dogs again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a kind, reliable, and attentive dog walker!

Hannah was great to work with. She visited with my dog once so far and the experience was smooth from start to finish. She was friendly, easy to communicate with, and made me feel comfortable leaving my dog in her care. I would be happy to book with her again.

Robin was so sweet with my boy, Bear! She was very prompt and communicative. I really appreciated her attention to detail and checking in on little things and preferences that I had forgot to mention. It felt good knowing he was in good hands. I will definitely book with Robin again!

Nicole was amazing. I’m new to the app so I kept messing up my bookings, texted her last minute and she was there for my babies with in 20 minutes! Communicated so much, sent plenty of photos, and I can see in the photos that my anxiety ridden pup felt comfy with her. Thank you Nicole!

Caitlin is a dependable and trustworthy sitter. I kinda plan my vacations when she can watch my pup😂 I come back from trips and my dog always is happy, like she enjoyed hanging out with her new friend (maybe she needs the occasional break from me LOL). Caitlin has watched my dog a few times over the last year and around when I first got her. My dog has improved a lot but definitely requires a sitter who is understanding and kind like Caitlin. Before Caitlin I had sitters turn me down because they discriminated against her breed, not even giving her a chance. I really appreciate Caitlin treating her like her own dog and being so loving towards her. I can definitely tell Caitlin is playing with her as I asked because Tooty has expected play time right around the time Caitlin was here LOL. Thanks Caitlin!

Every time I go on vacation, I worry about leaving my pup, Viking. He has never been boarded and is most comfortable in his own environment, so finding someone I could trust was very important to me. Taylor came by to meet Viking beforehand, and right away I felt great about her. She had such a warm, positive vibe, and Viking immediately felt comfortable around her. That gave me so much peace of mind knowing he would be in good hands while I was away. Taylor was reliable, caring, and treated Viking with kindness and attention. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter. I would love to have her do drop-in visits for Viking again in the future!

I usually use friends or family to watch my senior husky, but didn't have anyone last minute and so I hired Alyssa. She took care of my Senior Husky and made sure to spend quality time with her during each visit. She's reliable, dependable, and was always on time. Both my husky and I appreciate her for taking good care of my pup while I was away. I will gladly recommend Alyssa!

Kimmeth was extremely professional, sweet, patient and communicative during the visits. My pup and I just moved to the area and he has been experiencing alot of anxiety and requires some patience during this transition. She made this experience so easy by communicating with me throughout her time with my pup and being a calming energy for him. Since he is hesitant around new people especially entering his home, having a calming presence and someone who really understands dogs is super helpful. I will 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter and will be happily rebook her for the future.

Genesis is great! Maybe, the best with my dog, Sophie, when I’m away. Genesis, provided us a drop-in visit, giving Soph treats, affection, and she even fed her for me, which was an unexpected bonus. She did all of this on short notice with not much prior introduction to meeting Soph. Genesis is one of the best and I highly recommend her! Thank you, Genesis!
Alyssa was incredible with the pups. I had a last minute trip and she came to the rescue in a short notice. Not only that, she went above and beyond with the 4 dogs and gave them all the care they needed. To my luck she is near by so I will be definitely using her services more often. Highly recommend 💯
