While initially that took place, eventually Lu settled in with Sara and she began to perk up with her during my travel. STA had several methods in which to create a bond with Lu, which they did. My cat, Ash, loved Nicole! Ash is a nice guy, doesn’t make friends with humans all too much…well he loved Nicole! The photos and notes Nicole sent each day made me feel much more comfortable too.
