While initially that took place, eventually Lu settled in with Sara and she began to perk up with her during my travel. STA had several methods in which to create a bond with Lu, which they did. Frequent daily visits, great walks, play time, etc. Sara went above and beyond to make Lu comfortable and happy. I would hire Sara in a nanosecond again. And I will!”

My cat, Ash, loved Nicole! Ash is a nice guy, doesn’t make friends with humans all too much…well he loved Nicole! First time meeting her he was curious, content, and the photos throughout my trip showed he really took a liking to her. Food was full, water was filled, Ash was happy when I got back. The photos and notes Nicole sent each day made me feel much more comfortable too.
