Everything was done exactly as promised, and the communication was excellent from start to finish. Before meeting with Heather, I had never meet anyone so enthusiastic to care for Cats. She truly loves what she does and it’s not a job for her, She loves and cares for them. She not only feeds them and gives them meds but she play with them , pays attention to them and brings them toys. We are grateful for Heather’s thoughtfulness and dedication.
This was my first time with a cat sitter and Gary put me at so much ease. I trusted his judgement, but he checked in when he had direct questions about something I might have forgotten. I didnt understand the Rover check in messages at first but came to really look forward to pics and updates about my girls. He was also soooooo good with my girls. I have two cats. One is usually a little shy at first and takes time to approach people. But she was very comfortable rolling over and slow blinking for gary within 10 minutes of him stepping into my apartment. It was comforting knowing my girls were enjoying some parts of my time away with Gary there to provide them some comfort and company.
Karen always goes above and beyond! Our sweet girl is disabled (Manx syndrome) and has very unique care needs, and we always feel completely comfortable leaving Tilly in Karen’s care. We can’t recommend her enough. It’s very evident through the care she provides and the work she does just how much she loves animals 🐈⬛🐈
Taylor did an amazing job taking care of my 2 kittens. This was my first time using Rover so I did not know what to expect. However, Taylor communicated very efficiently the entire time and sent great photos to reassure me the babies were ok. The house looked the same way as I left it which means the little were also behaving thanks to Taylor’s visits. Would definitely rebook for another trip!
Mafalda with great with my 2 kitties! She kept me updated with video's and photos which help to feel at ease knowing they are getting fed and some snuggles. On the last day she even swept up the area around my liter box which was really nice to come home to:). Thank you Mafalda! Will book again:)
