I do Rover full time. I rarely have days off or vacations as i prioritize the help i can offer pet parents to watch over their pets when they are busy. I attend dental cleaning classes for pups during the night from Monday-Thursday from 5pm-8:40pm. I will also step out for about 1-2 hours for any drop-ins or pup walkings nearby. When i am not home in those moments they will be watched over by my parents and/or partner as well as cameras around the house.

I have a completely high fenced front yard that connects almost all the way to the backyard. The very back of the yard does face an open river behind my pool below the dock. Being by their side most of the time or all the time is something I don’t mind as i prefer to be careful at all times.

Please let me know if your pets have any special needs or a routine that you would like me to help out with or follow! Also if your pets get along with other cats as i have 3 of my own.

A typical day

It depends on their personality and what their owner suggests, since their owner knows best. Some may need lots of walking and exercise, or they may not like to be very active and just like the company, anything could be possible so many animals have such a range of personality. Regularly, they will be let outside to the back yard every 2 hours to play around until they seem tired out or want to go back inside, then we will spend the next few hours inside watching a movie, playing with toys, cuddling and talking to them (as if your pets talk back haha) and around the afternoon, when they seem the most tired from being outside , they will have a nap in my room or the pet room where we set up beds, carpets, a ring camera and leave the lights off. Nap time is usually over after 2-3 hours. We then do the routine all over again until bed time at night.

Pet care experience

I’ve not only taken care of dogs and cats, but ferrets and parrots as well. I have love for all different types of animals despite stereotypes. Being patient and understanding is of the upmost importance when it comes to your fur babies. My love for animals encourages me and keeps me going, they deserve all the love and comfort they could possibly receive. They should feel at home even in places that aren’t their own. I can reassure all of these qualities being given to them under my care😊 i will be the most cautious when walking your pets as the outside is unpredictable. Your pets will be encouraged of good behavior with healthy treats such as; apple cookie treats, blueberry cookie treats, or any treats that don’t include chemicals or extra unnecessary ingredients. During boardings/ day care, body checks will be done in case of any accidental small injury from; playing around with other pets, running/adrenaline, missing a step from stairs, etc. I also do bathing and grooming as an extra service if that is needed or an interest😊

1000/10 She took such great care of my baby and made me feel completely at ease the entire time. She continuously sent pictures and updates, which I really appreciated—it meant so much to see how happy and well cared for my dog was while I was away. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in the way she treats the pets she watches. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.
