Alyssa came over for a meet n greet - took the time to learn his quirks, training, and personality then came over again for a one on one walk. Our GSD runs away, barks, and hides when new people try to clip his leash but she sent a pic twenty minutes later on a walk with him. This was my first time with a cat sitter and Gary put me at so much ease. I trusted his judgement, but he checked in when he had direct questions about something I might have forgotten. I didnt understand the Rover check in messages at first but came to really look forward to pics and updates about my girls. He was also soooooo good with my girls. I have two cats. One is usually a little shy at first and takes time to approach people. But she was very comfortable rolling over and slow blinking for gary within 10 minutes of him stepping into my apartment. It was comforting knowing my girls were enjoying some parts of my time away with Gary there to provide them some comfort and company.
Karen always goes above and beyond! Our sweet girl is disabled (Manx syndrome) and has very unique care needs, and we always feel completely comfortable leaving Tilly in Karen’s care. We can’t recommend her enough. It’s very evident through the care she provides and the work she does just how much she loves animals 🐈⬛🐈
Taylor did an amazing job taking care of my 2 kittens. This was my first time using Rover so I did not know what to expect. However, Taylor communicated very efficiently the entire time and sent great photos to reassure me the babies were ok. The house looked the same way as I left it which means the little were also behaving thanks to Taylor’s visits. Would definitely rebook for another trip!
