“Ariela was amazing! She took really good care of my little guy. It was my first time leaving him alone so I was a bit nervous but she sent me loads of photos and gave him so much love. 😊”

“Marissa has been so helpful! Our puppy is so energetic, so young, and honestly a handful and Marissa has more than kept up. She makes sure our pup is cared for and she keeps us updated with everything that happens, we feel so comfortable with her around Winston. He can be a little needy, and truthfully so is his dad (lol) and she has been happy to help with all of our specific instructions. We couldn’t have had a better experience!”

About: Having cared for pets for 25 years, I understand the importance of providing not just care, but companionship and trust. My experience has taught me how to offer gentle, personalized attention, especially for senior pets. I focus on making them feel comfortable and secure in their own space, offering them the love and care they need. Whether it's providing companionship or light exercise, I ensure their well-being is always the priority. Your pet will receive the same love and respect as if they were my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I believe in providing consistent, loving attention to every animal. Each day, I make sure they are fed on schedule, comfortable, and happy. I also spend quality time with them through play, walks, or simply offering companionship. Weekly, I focus on any additional tasks needed to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Caring for pets is a rewarding part of my routine that I always prioritize. I believe in providing pets with a loving and caring environment. I make sure they’re comfortable, fed on time, and have plenty of attention throughout the day. I offer daily playtime, walks, or cuddle sessions depending on the pet’s needs. I also ensure their living space is kept clean and hygienic. When I care for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routines closely and provide the same loving care and attention, making sure the pet feels secure and happy while their owners are away.
“Valentina was amazing! She was very accommodating to our last minute dates and detailed in wanting to get to know our dog Bronx. She was very caring with him. We highly recommend her.”

“Alexandrea was nothing short of amazing! To say she helped us enjoy our trip away from our fur babies would be an understatement. Knowing she was looking after our dogs and caring for them while we were out of town was reassuring. Alexandrea was professional, reliable, dependable, and communicative! We will definitely request her services in the future! Also, big shout out to the Rover app! Game changer for us! Very user friendly and trustworthy! Thank you Rover and Alexandrea! You made a difficult situation (being away from our dogs) doable!”

“Rachelle was a fantastic sitter for my cats! She was easy to contact and responded to messages in a timely manner. My kitties took to her immediately, and I was pleasantly surprised to see pictures of my normally shy babies sitting in her lap! She also left the cat bowls and litter boxes very clean, and even took out the trash without being asked. Leaving my cats under Rachelle's care gave me great piece of mind on my week-long trip, and I would highly recommend her. Thank you, Rachelle! :)”

“Kelly is so great with my puppy! She has great communication and sends the cutest pictures!! She also takes great care of my home while she is there.”

About: I have an older cat who means the world to me, so I understand how important it is to find someone who is patient, attentive, and genuinely caring. Since I work from home, your cat will rarely be left alone and will receive plenty of love, attention, and companionship throughout the day. I also make it a priority to send regular updates and photos because I know how reassuring they are. I work from home, so pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I’m around throughout the day for feedings, playtime, litter box care, and companionship, and I can adjust my schedule to meet each pet’s specific needs. I live in a clean, calm condo and prioritize safety at all times. I keep doors and windows secure, maintain a pet-friendly environment, and closely follow each pet’s routine and instructions.

About: i’ve had 3 pet dogs in my life since i was 10 years old, 13 years later, i’m down to two and i still love them with all my heart! i moved from Connecticut to Florida and looking to work doing something i love, caring for pets :) i know lots of the dogs on my street and i want to meet more! i have a neighbor who relies on me to watch her male chihuahua once in a while when her female pomski is in heat, and i used watch my cousins shihtzu when they would travel. i’m very strict about walking these guys on a schedule. my dogs have to go outside at least every 7 hours or less (i try to walk them whenever i have to “go” to get an idea). i have lots of experience with pets (mainly small and medium dogs 2-25lbs) i enjoy learning their different personalities likes and dislikes. i’ll care for your dog like it’s my own, :) <3 i’m happy to send constant updates feel free to ask me any questions about my experience and or my own pups :) i work part time so i have a lot of free time, i’m plan on starting small, and hopefully with the service i provide, i’ll build clientele and in a year i could raise my prices if the demand is high enough. right now my plan is to make enough cash to take online courses for a future career in my home i walk my dogs minimum of 3 times a day although most days it’s 4 (they dont wake up through the night and they sleep about 10-12 hours) i make them food most days, they’re picky about their food so i don’t have kibble at home in your home, i can make your pets food as well, so long you provide the ingredients of course i do well with walking them on schedules my dogs go to the dog park maybe once a week or maybe the beach, something fun as a sitter that’s something i can do for you as well im more than happy to take picture and videos and send you updates on your fur baby to help you feel more at ease with the distance between you and them <3
“Caitlin & Brianna accepted my last minute same day drop in visit request and not only did they provide great service, they were prompt, professional and most importantly showed a ton of love and affection for my dog. My dog picked up on their personality right away and he had a great time with them. Much love!! and 5 stars!!”

Bianca was absolutely amazing! She did drop-in visits with our dog, Kash, while we were out of town, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She provided great updates after every visit, kept us informed on how he was doing, and followed every instruction we left for his care. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Kash was in good hands while we were away. We would definitely book with Bianca again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and attentive to care for their fur baby! 🐾❤️

Jill went over and above to care for our two golden retrievers! This was our first time leaving our dogs at home overnight— and for 3 days . It was such a comfort to know that Jill was stopping in to care for them throughout the day. They are happy & well cared for- highly recommend!

Yasmine was absolutely amazing with Arlo! She was incredibly attentive, kept me updated, and handled everything with such care and professionalism. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure he was happy and comfortable while I was away. She also treated my home with so much respect and left everything just as I had it. Coming home to a happy, relaxed boy gave me so much peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend Yasmine to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable pet sitter, and I would gladly book with her again!

We recently moved and needed to find a new dog walker after years with the same person for our boy, Zeus. He is a senior, stubborn old man, and doesn't trust easily. From the moment Stephanie walked in the door, Zeus was in love! Not only can she get him to go out for walks, but he brings his toys to her and waits for her to pet him after their walks. We are thrilled with Stephanie and can't wait to have her back to see Zeus! Highly recommend.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Plantation with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
