This what was the first time that I left my dogs with anyone besides my mom. Teresa was very understanding of my anxiousness and followed my dogs' care as outlined in Rover and what was discussed in person. After the first day, I felt much more comfortable with my dogs' safety. Teresa communicated consistently about how feeding/pill time went, as well as walks and relaxing moments. She was able to take my more skiddish dog for a walk which was amazing to see. I never want to leave my dogs, but when I inevitably have to in the future, Teresa will be my first pick! Words can't express the love and care my Sami gets when she stays with Marta and Jorge. We get lots of photos and stories about what she's done, how she's helping in the office, or on walks, or in her bed - and not only that, when we went to pick Sami up after her stay, yes she was super excited to see us through the glass door, but then she kind of flopped down in place, next to Marta, as if to say she would be happy and relaxed to stay on. She's NEVER done that before - always wants to bolt out the door and jump into our car! But her state of mind and relaxed and comfortable attitude just showed us how at home she was and what good care they took of her.
