“First off I want to say Natalie and her family are awesome!!! We had a short trip down to the Keys and I had to leave our dogs with a sitter. This is the first time either dog has been with a sitter and my one female dog has a traumatic past so is very shy/skittish. Natalie and her family treated our dogs like their own and spent so much time with them, making sure they felt comfortable. Natalie even spent the time to sit with Koa (my female dog) and make sure she ate her dinner. Jackson (our male dog) had a blast playing with Natalie's kids and got all the attention his playful puppy self needed. I don't live in Florida full time but I know while I am down here if I need dog sitting, I will rebook Natalie to watch our fur kids again. Ms Camilla is Blues favorite person. He absolutely loves going to her house and jumps out of the car the moment we get to her house he loves being with her. Words can't express the love and care my Sami gets when she stays with Marta and Jorge. We get lots of photos and stories about what she's done, how she's helping in the office, or on walks, or in her bed - and not only that, when we went to pick Sami up after her stay, yes she was super excited to see us through the glass door, but then she kind of flopped down in place, next to Marta, as if to say she would be happy and relaxed to stay on. She's NEVER done that before - always wants to bolt out the door and jump into our car! But her state of mind and relaxed and comfortable attitude just showed us how at home she was and what good care they took of her. We all LOVE Marta and Jorge THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU (from us and from Sami).
Kacie did an amazing job taking care of Sophie! She kept me updated throughout her stay and made sure Sophie was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Mafalda has the magic! Kenzie was a little shy at first, but now she and Mafalda are completely inseparable. Mafalda took the time to meet Kenzie at the dog park before her boarding stay, and I truly think that made all the difference. Meeting in a neutral environment gave Kenzie a chance to get comfortable with her before being in a new setting. Mafalda genuinely cares for every animal she looks after, and her loving, patient approach was exactly what Kenzie needed. I couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. I highly recommend Mafalda for all of your pet-sitting needs!
Zelda’s second stay with Kelly was just as great as the first one. She was even excited in the car as we were showing up to drop her off which is always a great sign! Kelly and her family are top notch and attentive and we will definitely be using her services again.
Sandra took wonderful care of Mylo and Willow during their three-week stay. She kept me updated with pictures and videos, was very attentive to Willow’s needs as an older dog, and both dogs seemed happy and relaxed when I picked them up. I would definitely trust Sandra with them again. Thank you!
If I could give Adriana 10 stars I would. She took care of my XL senior american bulldog with the same care and attention as I would. She sent multiple pictures every day, gave him plenty of social time and outside time, and I could not recommend her enough. When I picked him up he looked like he wanted to stay!!!! The truest sign that he was being given lots of love and attention :-)
