“My goodness Catherine & Cristian are so amazing. I was able to get squeezed in last minute for my Coco-Chanel. They were so great with my baby girl that now we have adopted them as Coco Auntie & Uncle. They honestly treat your furbaby as their own with all the love, kisses, playtime, gentle hugs, long walks and affection. Also their two pups are so sweet and well mannered. Coco really enjoyed playing with her new cousins. And Catherine sends you updates throughout the day which is amazing. She’s a real sweetheart, humble, kind and genuine. And to put the icing on the review. She gave us a sweet personal handwritten card with a picture of Coco having the time of her life. That made us blush a lot because we didn’t expect it. Julissa is so warm and pleasant. She sent updates throughout Lucky’s stay. This was his first boarding and I couldn’t imagine it being with anyone else. She reassured me as I was nervous since he has severe separation anxiety. We had a call before he went so we could discuss the stay and Lucky’s likes. Definitely would book with her again.
Luiza took great care of my dog! My dog had a health emergency right before my booking and she handled everything very well and made sure my dog was okay while I was away. Not to mention my flight was drastically delayed on the pickup day. I’m so greatful for her understanding and flexibility - would definitely rebook again!
Annelly was incredible with our pup, Nina. Nina wasn’t feeling her best after a recent vet visit, so I was especially anxious about leaving her — but Annelly went above and beyond to ease every worry. She followed Nina’s feeding instructions perfectly, based on our vet’s notes, and was so attentive to her needs. What meant the most was how much love and care she gave her — cuddling with her, showering her with affection, and being so understanding of her anxious personality. She kept me constantly updated with tons of photos and messages, which brought me so much peace while I was away. Truly, I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. I’ll be booking with Annelly every time I go out of town from now on. She’s a gem.
