About: I hold a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Technology and am currently employed as a full-time vet tech. Having grown up surrounded by dogs, I've always enjoyed caring for them. Additionally, I gained valuable experience working at a doggy daycare, where I cared for a variety of breeds and temperaments. I currently work as a full-time veterinary technician. Although I am currently employed I can still be extremely flexible if need be with enough time beforehand to plan! I have a fenced-in yard for my fur baby. About: Over the years I have cared for a variety of animals, including domestic, exotic, and livestock. Friends and family have trusted me to care for their medically needy animals over the past decade and I am now opening that service up to Rover. Leaving town with a pet can be stressful, especially one that needs specialized care. I can help. Currently over all I have quite a bit of flexibility with my schedule. I have my own small business that is sporadic gig work on the weekends. Most events last 4 to 6 hours, maximum 8 hours, and not every weekend has events. I prefer to pet sit in the home the pets belong to. I find that with most animals it's incredibly stressful to move them, staying in their home with them minimalizes that stress. It also allows for easier medicine administration. I like to meet the pets and owners ahead of staying with them, this is to again reduce the stress on your pet when I show up without you as well as to observe the quality of care you are administering to your fur babies.

About: I have had a pet companion for 35 years. I have raised 3 wonderful miniature dachshund. I have been pet sitting for almost 10 years now. I have cared for diabetic dogs as well as elderly ones. I have never left my dogs with anyone and was nervous in the beginning. I didn’t know how my dogs would react to a sitter but that all changed when we hired Ryan. We have 2 older dogs and he handled them both so well. He’s kind, compassionate and experienced. He was very patient with both dogs which makes all the difference when you have an older dog. I know he did a great job because they ended up loving him after a couple of days. I would recommend him over and over again and will use him in the future for sure.
Nydia responded promptly to my request for dog sitting. She came to meet us right away for a meet and greet . We discussed a schedule and and went over pancakes routines. She came every time she promised she would sent lots of pictures. She put my mind at ease knowing my pancakes was being taking care of well we were out of town. Kristina was absolutely amazing!!! She has so much energy, which is so valuable since I have 2 huskies. She took them on multiple walks a day, took them to the nearby dog park + played with them in our backyard. One of my dogs takes medication for his epilepsy, and she was a pro at administering. She was very communicative, giving me regular updates + photos. She also goes over + beyond!! I didn't expect or request any cleaning, but she insisted, washing bed linens + remaking the bed, cleaning the bathroom, and vacuuming the house! She also thoroughly brushed our dogs, making their coats look better than ever! She even left us all treats on her way out!! My pets had a blast with her + it was great to have someone so reliable + trustworthy so that we could focus on enjoying our vacation. We can't wait to hire her again in the future!

My senior dog also has additional medical needs, and she was consistent about making sure he received his medication every morning and night which took a huge weight off my shoulders.
