About: I have had a pet companion for 35 years. I have raised 3 wonderful miniature dachshund. I have been pet sitting for almost 10 years now. I have cared for diabetic dogs as well as elderly ones. I am Semi-retired and available 6 days a week Mon-Sat. Sundays are possible for certain situations. I always try to accommodate for your pets specific needs. About: Animals have always been a big part of my life, and honestly, sometimes I prefer them to people! I’ve had dogs ranging from Shih Tzus to Rottweilers (always had a soft spot for big dogs). I’ve also had my cats, Parker and Victor, for the past 12 years. One is extremely needy and the other could not be more independent, but they’re both very loving. I know firsthand how much our pets mean to us because mine are a big part of my life. Because of that, I’m looking to get to know some new furry friends and give them the same kind of attention and care I’d want for my own while their parents are away. P.S: If your pet likes cuddles they’ll love me! I’m currently working my full time job, and I’m usually available after 5pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends. However, with enough planning I could make most schedules work. Nobody knows a pet better than the pet parent so I’m very adamant on following any rules and pointers I’m given, the same way I’d expect my pet sitter to listen to my guidance.

This was Italia's 2nd stay with Ernie, and it was better than the first - at least from his perspective. He remembered her right away, and the two of them hung out starting almost immediately, without the couple of days it usually takes the boy to warm up to a sitter. From my perspective, it was only *as good* as the first time, because Italia hit all the right notes both times: the house was clean, the boy was well-kept and fed, and she sent a bunch of cute cat photos. You guys should all book Italia for your pet care assignments. Except when Ernie and I need her, of course.
I can’t say enough good things about Özlem! Christopher is 14, so leaving him with someone new is always nerve-wracking, but she made it so easy. She took such good care of him and sent us frequent photo updates, so we never had to wonder how he was doing. What stood out most was how calm Christopher was with her. Senior dogs can be sensitive to new people and routines, and he was completely relaxed and comfortable the whole time. You can tell she really cares. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!
Maggie is the best!!! We are so happy that we found her and she was able to stay and take care of our dog, Benji. Benji can be a bit skiddish and he warmed right up to Maggie. We can tell that he was really well looked after. She was a great communicator and sent us updates throughout our trip. She watched Benji at our house and left our place spotless. Melody did such a phenomenal job with Teddy and really made him feel comfortable the moment she saw him! Puppy’s are never easy to watch and she exceeded expectations and even taught Teddy some potty training, which was a huge bonus. I really recommend her as she is a very responsible kind hearted person that will do a great job taking care of your dog.
Maddie was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond, she even took our dog to the vet when she developed a cough and administered meds. Gunner requires a lot of attention and exercise and she got both. We have never come home to a more mellow and happy dog. :) And the house was spotless!
Brunna was amazing. Brunna house sat for me while I was out of town for the Labor Day weekend and did an amazing job looking after Meeko and Stitch. Brunna came over to meet my babies and give her a walk through of my apartment a couple days I went out of town. It was immediately clear her kindness and sweetness was recognized immediately by my boys and they loved her as soon as she came into the apartment. While I was out of town Brunna shared updates with me and took the cutest photos of them. I cant wait for my next trip to ask Brunna to watch over the boys again.
