I work from home as an attorney, so I can spend all day/night with your babies and take care of all their food, walk, play, and cuddle needs! All I need is Wi-Fi. You might ask, "Why is a professional like you on Rover?" Simple. I absolutely love animals, and spending time with new pups/kitties each week brings me joy! When I stay with your babies, I make your place my home base so they get all the attention you’d give them. They are welcome to sleep in the bed with me, snuggle on the couch, and do all the things you let them do. They won’t miss out on anything!

When I look for a pet sitter, I want someone who (1) I can trust in my home and (2) will provide enough photos and updates that I never have to worry about my pups. I aim to give you the same comfort I would want from someone staying with my babies. I understand the importance of having someone you can trust to take care of your pets and home; it is a very personal experience, and I will follow your requested protocols to make you feel as safe as possible. I am also a neat freak, so I aim to leave your home as nice as I found it. I have experience administering insulin to dogs and with senior and deaf pets. If your pet has injection medication needs, I'd like to have a trial run during our meet and greet to make sure I can safely care for your baby.

Please let me know whether your fur babies have any allergies, medical needs, dietary needs, physical restrictions, training/behavioral needs, routines, phobias, storm/separation anxiety, reactivity/aggression concerns, bite history, or just their own special quirks. Discussing these things in advance will ensure I can provide the best care possible and reinforce your rules and training. I also like to know their favorite treats, toys, games, parks, and places to get pets so they receive the same care and love that you would provide. My car is pet-friendly, so we can even have excursions if they like! I am happy to go over all of their needs during a meet and greet before my first stay or visit. Interested? A typical day
Because I work from home, I can be extremely flexible with my time and mold it around your/your pets' needs. I love to go for long walks and explore new areas, so I will happily give your babies as much exercise as you/they desire. I also love running, walking, swimming, and generally being silly with your pets! I tend to explore local parks and greenways, so I am happy to take your pet to their favorite places or even somewhere new. If they need a more mellow day, there is nothing I love more than having cuddles on the couch. When it comes to pets, there is no such thing as “personal space” or too many kisses.

Pet care experience
As a lifelong pet owner (dogs, cats, fish), I am prepared to handle surprises that may arise and day-to-day needs such as walks, baths, playtime, administering medication, and positive training reinforcement. I have also cared for pigs, rabbits, birds, fish, and a variety of lizards, so nobody in your family needs to be left out! I love multi-pet families and I do not breed discriminate. I currently have two gorgeous golden retrievers. (My dogs will stay in my home with my husband when I am with your pets; they will never interact.) My dogs are like my babies; they give me a deep respect for pet ownership and the care that must be taken with others’ babies. I promise to care for yours how I expect mine to be treated. I love taking photos of your babies, so you will get plenty of updates of our fun! Some clients have even included my pet pictures in their family photos in their home!

Phoenix had a wonderful time on her walk with Sara! Even on just a short walk, Sara sent many updates and pictures! They even stopped at the park and played fetch! Sara is INCREDIBLE!
Sara was great with our group. We have a houseful of pups and she took care of them like they were here own pups. Our pups told us later she was great to hang out with and they approve for more hang out time in the future!
Sarah was an absolute dream who saved us in a pinch to watch our little cavalier who hates being alone during the day. She was so communicative to ease some of my fears,and sent so many lovely pictures while I was away!! Fantastic experience all around!
Sara was fantastic with our two greyhounds! She sent us updates and photos daily and gave us peace of mind that our girls were well cared for while we were away. We will definitely book with Sara again. Highly recommend if you need a sitter in your home to take care of your pups.
