About: I have had a pet companion for 35 years. I have raised 3 wonderful miniature dachshund. I have been pet sitting for almost 10 years now. I have cared for diabetic dogs as well as elderly ones. I am Semi-retired and available 6 days a week Mon-Sat. Sundays are possible for certain situations. I always try to accommodate for your pets specific needs. My cat, Ash, loved Nicole! Ash is a nice guy, doesn’t make friends with humans all too much…well he loved Nicole! First time meeting her he was curious, content, and the photos throughout my trip showed he really took a liking to her. Food was full, water was filled, Ash was happy when I got back. The photos and notes Nicole sent each day made me feel much more comfortable too.
Luzmar did a great job and followed all instructions for what my cat required. She is very attentive to details and goes above and beyond. Definitely will re-book with her again, the communication was on point, easy, and responds within a reasonable fashion.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
