We did a meet and greet before boarding to make sure everything was a good fit, and Lady, who is normally a very anxious dog, seemed super comfortable right away and immediately started exploring the space. Arlen sent daily pictures and was very accommodating throughout the stay. My flight was canceled the day I was supposed to pick Lady up, and Arlen truly saved the day by being flexible and able to continue accommodating her. It spared me the added stress of worrying about boarding plans while already dealing with the stress of canceled travel. I would absolutely book with him again.”

She even stays with them down stairs so they aren't left alone. They have a nice big front yard with a picket fence surrounding it, so if you have a jumper it may be a problem, but she has another dog that our Sunny had a blast with so it wasn't an issue for him. We will definitely book with Jackie again!”
