“Arlen was great. We did a meet and greet before boarding to make sure everything was a good fit, and Lady, who is normally a very anxious dog, seemed super comfortable right away and immediately started exploring the space. Arlen sent daily pictures and was very accommodating throughout the stay. My flight was canceled the day I was supposed to pick Lady up, and Arlen truly saved the day by being flexible and able to continue accommodating her. It spared me the added stress of worrying about boarding plans while already dealing with the stress of canceled travel. I would absolutely book with him again.”

“I was let down by someone who was going to board my dog, and I only had one day to find someone - I reached out to Kristi, who could not have been more accommodating - we did an immediate meet and greet - and I was really comfortable leaving Sami with her for 10 days. She has a 10 year old son and 16 year old daughter, and the three of them made Sami SO welcome - they all played with her and looked after her so well - especially the little boy - Sami really fell for him (she'd never been around children before - and as a foster dog from the shelter, I didn't know how she'd be around children - but seeing how the little boy and Sami got along, I know that she's great with children - he was absolutely wonderful!) - I got regular photo updates of them all playing, and I was able to relax, knowing Sami was in great hands. The great thing is that Kristi and her children are used to BIG breeds, like pitbulls and staffies, which was really comforting as Sami is half Staffy, half Pitbull, so if you have a bigger breed dog, then they are the perfect people to take care of them. Thank you Kristi and her two children (I'm not naming them here as I would respect their privacy when it comes to children) - you were AWESOME!!!! THANK YOU!”

“Ivana is a super sitter. We agreed to a Meet & Greet and since that moment on her and Ozzie connected in a great way, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Ogie, her dog, was also there to welcome Ozzie and was happy to play with him, which was important for both of us. She’s very careful, a trusted person, and a true dog lover. During Ozzie’s stay, Ivana reported daily on Ozzie’s adaptation to the visit on her space, his behavior, and when he went to bed, including pictures. Her house is the perfect place, it’s spacious which gave Ozzie an opportunity to play freely without having to leave the house. Ozzie received his medications without any problem and enjoyed his entire visit, which we could notice in all the pictures. We’ll definitely call Ivana to help us in the future when we need to travel again. It’s not easy to find a person who cares so much for your pet knowing that they will be in a safe place where they get special attention all the time. Thank you, Ivana! 🐶”
