They were able to sleep in their own beds or even with the sitter, which I really appreciated. Communication was easy—while not always immediate, it was definitely acceptable. “Paola was a lifesaver when our original sitter was no longer available two days before our trip out of the country. She was incredibly fast and responsive and assured us that Mochi was in great hands. Normally we prefer a meet up first or trial run but in this situation that wasn't possible (no fault of hers) but dropping him off we felt really good about it and knew he was safe and would feel at home. She sent plenty of pictures and videos throughout his stay and Mochi appeared to be having a lovely time meeting the other dogs staying, playing in the backyard and even lounging in bed with her lol. We knew he was good when she was telling us about his personality and it was the same as when he's home with us so surely he was comfortable. We will definitely use her in the future and are grateful to have connected with Paola in the midst of what could have been a really stressful situation for everyone. 1st time having to use a sitter for a vacation to watch a puppy. I must say he did an amazing job watching my puppy! He answered all of my questions prior to booking the reservation , and while he had my puppy I got photo and video updates whenever I contacted him to check in. Also given she’s so young, 3-4 months old , he made sure she got acclimated well with the other dogs he was already watching over that specific weekend. Overall , my puppy had such a fun time with him! I will absolutely be rebooking with him. Please select him as your sitter if you need one :)
Gillian is a caring and dedicated sitter. I had my two pups, Fergus and Khalisee with her for four days and not only did she send pictures daily but showed then on walks, and various activities throughout the time they were with her. Diane has been an absolute blessing for both me and my little guy, Ragnar. As a devoted dog mom, it's not easy to trust someone with your fur baby, but from day one, Diane made me feel completely at ease. He absolutely adores her, and I always know he's getting plenty of love, attention, and excellent care when he's with her. Elizabeth was wonderful to work with! She was very friendly and welcoming, and her kids were so sweet with Indy and her puppy energy. She has a nice-sized fenced backyard where all the dogs could run and play together, which Indy really seemed to enjoy. This was Indy's first time being boarded and her first experience being around multiple dogs at once. Elizabeth was caring for four other dogs during Indy's stay, and it was great to see how well they all interacted. She also sent daily videos of Indy playing with the other dogs, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. Overall, I appreciated Elizabeth's communication and the care she provided. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly, experienced sitter with a great outdoor space for social dogs.
Svetlana was amazing! She accepted a last-minute overnight booking and took such wonderful care of my dog, Kona. It was clear from the updates and photos that Kona had the best time and got to go on little adventures and enjoy plenty of love and attention. When I picked Kona up, she was completely worn out in the best way possible—happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. As much as she was excited to be back with mommy, I could tell she had an amazing stay with Svetlana. Bailey did an amazing job with Archie. I always have a hard time leaving him behind when I travel and worry about his care. This was such a positive experience. Bailey is so attentive and was great with Archie. She sent tons of photos and a detailed message twice a day about how things were going, which was perfect for me.
