Dogs in my home are treated like family—they’re welcome on the couch and the bed if that’s what they’re used to. Svetlana is incredible! The moment my dogs met her, they were at ease and wagging their tails. Of note, my little one is usually shy with new people! Svetlana sent me many videos/photos to update me. Becky went above and beyond to give exceptional care to our precious Ruby. Ruby is very sound sensitive and Becky comforted her while she was distressed by thunderstorms. She was given so much love and attention throughout and we got so many photos and detailed updates that we never found ourselves wondering or worrying. I really appreciated all the communication! And when we had a terrible 6 hour flight delay coming home Becky was amazing and even accommodated Ruby for an extra night. Would highly recommend!
