If you need a dog sitter, you’ve found the right person! This is my first time using Rover and a dog sitter and I was a little skeptical about leaving my dog for a week as I needed to travel. I’m glad I found Aliaksandra. Customer service was amazing and was so happy at the updates I was receiving during my trip. Seemed like my dog was having a great time in her home that she didn’t want to leave. I was very satisfied with everything from the walk, feeding, and play updates. It was the first time Tali had ever been away from us, and I was quite worried. However, the experience turned out to be wonderful. Aliaksandra surrounded Tali with so much care and love. My dog was as happy as could be — she ate well, played, and slept normally. I received plenty of photos and videos, which gave me complete peace of mind. I truly didn’t have to worry at all. I highly recommend Aliaksandra to anyone who needs to leave their furry baby in caring hands.
Aliaksandra and her family were overall very nice people, but there were a few small issues. We thought that she had fully grown children and therefore the home would be quiet and peaceful for our boys, but there was a young boy there and our cats don't seem to like children. We did end up receiving a lot of photos in the end, but there were a couple days we had to probe for an update. We picked up our cats with no issue though and they seem overall well fed and healthy.
