We couldn't be happier with the care Kristopher and Melissa at Royalty Pets provided for our Shih Tzu, Brownie. Brownie can be a bit of a handful—he’s a famously picky eater and gets very anxious during thunderstorms—so we are always nervous about leaving him with someone new. Kristopher and Melissa handled his routine and needs with so much patience and genuine love. When we picked him up, Brownie was completely happy, relaxed, and smelled wonderfully clean! It gave us total peace of mind knowing he was in such capable and caring hands. We will definitely be booking with Royalty Pets again in the future. Highly recommended!
Words can't express the love and care my Sami gets when she stays with Marta and Jorge. We get lots of photos and stories about what she's done, how she's helping in the office, or on walks, or in her bed - and not only that, when we went to pick Sami up after her stay, yes she was super excited to see us through the glass door, but then she kind of flopped down in place, next to Marta, as if to say she would be happy and relaxed to stay on. She's NEVER done that before - always wants to bolt out the door and jump into our car! But her state of mind and relaxed and comfortable attitude just showed us how at home she was and what good care they took of her. We all LOVE Marta and Jorge THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU (from us and from Sami).
Michele was amazing!!! She had Cosi (my dog) for an extended stay of 5 weeks. She sent pictures and videos daily. If there was ever the slight chance of something wrong, she would let me know and offer to take her to the vet if needed. She had great communication throughout the entire stay! Cosi looked so happy and well taken care of in all of the pictures. She made sure to accommodate Cosi’s needs, by asking me how many walks she needed, her routine, all of it. I recommend Michele with my eyes closed!! I will 100% be using her boarding services again!!!
Zelda’s second stay with Kelly was just as great as the first one. She was even excited in the car as we were showing up to drop her off which is always a great sign! Kelly and her family are top notch and attentive and we will definitely be using her services again.
We will absolutely be using Andrea again! I can tell that my dog had a wonderful time with her. We’ve been looking for a long-term sitter for the past few months, and haven’t been able to find one. Andrea is the perfect fit. I can tell that my dog was taken great care of and that she is happy, and that matters most to me. Andrea is also professional, kind, and flexible which are just cherries on top!
Soledad was great! My dog is usually very apprehensive when meeting new people and she took to Soledad right away; she even let her pet her, which NEVER happens. Soledad was great with updating us on how Buma was doing and sent great pics and video. 100% would go back to her
