Asked many times for updates and pictures and was almost totally ignored, even after stating that this was my first time boarding my dog and was nervous and would have loved updates. No idea how it went, other than she seemed happy and unharmed when I picked her up. Wasn’t offered a tour of the house or given any info on how she would be living, which would have helped me feel better. The only pictures I got were of her outside in the same grass once a day, and on the day that I didn’t ask for a pic I didn’t get one. She had a rash when I picked her up but I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and say it’s because I bought her new food for her stay and she can be sensitive. Still I would have liked an update to say we noticed she’s developing an all over body rash! Just poor communication, happy it all worked out in the end but the stress it put me through was not worth it personally for me.

sitter. He was kind, reliable, and truly great with our dog, Mars. From the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing Mars was in such good hands. Communication was excellent, and it was clear that he genuinely cared and treated Mars like his own. We came home to a happy, relaxed dog, which says everything. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

I appreciate the care given to my pets and the pictures sent while I was away. First time leaving them with someone we don't know and happy with how they were cared for.

I'm always nervous when leaving Kairo with new sitters but i was completely comfortable upon dropping him off. I would have loved more updates and photos but my big boy came home happy and safe, and for that I'm grateful. They were also helpful and accommodating when my flight was delayed and i wasn't able to pick him up on time. Thank you so much!

Words can’t explain how appreciative I am of Valeriy. I recently traveled to Italy, and it was my first time ever leaving my little ball of energy with someone else. Stella is insanely attached to me, but Valeriy took such great care of her. Even from so far away, I felt completely at ease knowing Stella was in the best hands. Valeriy kept me updated with pictures and check-ins throughout my trip, and it was clear Stella was having an amazing time. I honestly don’t see myself leaving her with anyone else. Thank you again, Valeriy — you’re the best!
