My family currently has five cats of our own, all rescued strays, so I’m very familiar with the patience, trust, and different personalities that come with caring for cats. Over the years, I’ve cared for cats of all ages and temperaments, from shy former strays who need time and space to confident cats who immediately decide they’re in charge. I also have experience fostering very young kittens, including kittens as young as 3 weeks old. I know that every cat has their own routine and comfort level. About: I have my own dog named Jake, he is now entering his senior years and just turned 13 this past December. About: I’ve had the privilege to experience owning many different pets since I was a child(cat, dog, ducklings, lizard, turtle) and know what it really takes to love and care for an animal. During high school, I volunteered at Saving Sage Animal Rescue and I also have an 11 year old miniature schnauzer named Shadow that I have had to administer oral and topical medications for so I can do it for your pet too if needed. Pets are allowed on the furniture and in beds so if they usually sleep with you or relax on the couch, it will be just like at home.

I’ve never worked in a professional setting but have pet-sat throughout my teenage years and into adulthood. I have my own 2 kitties, Rue and Juniper who I consider my biological children. Once we meet and I can understand their established schedules and needs, I can drop in or sit them any time.

I know pet routines don’t always fit into a 9-to-5 schedule, so I’m happy to work around your pet’s normal routine whenever possible. Whether you need regular care, occasional help, or a little extra flexibility, I’ll do my best to make scheduling easy and reliable. Safety, trust, and communication are always my top priorities. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, house rules, and any special instructions you provide. I also know firsthand how stressful it can be to leave your pets in someone else’s care, so I make a point to keep owners in the loop. I’m happy to send regular updates, photos, and little check-ins so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, comfortable, and getting plenty of attention. In your home, I’m careful with doors, gates, leashes, and harnesses, and I always respect both your space and your pet’s boundaries. I pay close attention to changes in behavior, appetite, energy, or anything else that seems unusual, and I’ll communicate right away if I notice something. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel completely comfortable while you’re apart.
