About: Over the years I have cared for a variety of animals, including domestic, exotic, and livestock. Friends and family have trusted me to care for their medically needy animals over the past decade and I am now opening that service up to Rover. I'm not a vet tech but I am comfortable and experienced administering a variety of medical treatments like insulin injections, pill regiments, eye drops/skin ointments, and subq fluids. Leaving town with a pet can be stressful, especially one that needs specialized care. I can help. Currently over all I have quite a bit of flexibility with my schedule. I have my own small business that is sporadic gig work on the weekends. Most events last 4 to 6 hours, maximum 8 hours, and not every weekend has events. I prefer to pet sit in the home the pets belong to. I find that with most animals it's incredibly stressful to move them, staying in their home with them minimalizes that stress. It also allows for easier medicine administration. I like to meet the pets and owners ahead of staying with them, this is to again reduce the stress on your pet when I show up without you as well as to observe the quality of care you are administering to your fur babies.

About: I have had animals (dogs, cats, livestock and more) my entire life. I grew up on a farm know what animals need and how they interact with people and other animals. I’m available most anytime with notification. I am always working but if I have a pet to care for it will be the first priority. I am able to stop at your home feed, walk, clean up after them and myself. Stay with them as needed. Available for stay over night when needed.

About: I’ve always loved animals since a young age; cats, dogs, reptiles, etc. I see them all as a member in the family in my eyes. I have two dogs myself, one is a family dog named Phoenix (Golden Lab mixed) and my own dog Hades (Aussie mixed). I'm quite a patient and understanding person and love to give lots of love to other pets as if they were my own. When it comes to being outside, I'm always attentive as outside can be unpredictable. I reward good behaviors with healthy treats such as; apple, cookie treats, blueberry cookie treats, or any treats that don’t include chemicals or extra unnecessary ingredients as those are the treats I give my own fur baby. You'll receive daily picture updates, reliable communication, and peace of mind while you're away Let Hades & I take care of your fur baby! 😊 I'm part time with my current job so I typically have 3 days off but my days off aren't consistent. I'm available to dog walk Mon-Wed after 6pm, Thurs-Fri after 7pm, and Sat- Sun after 3pm. I'm available to board at any day as I live close by to my job and come back for break (: I live in a townhouse community therefore dogs always have to be leashed when walking. Inside my home is where dogs are allowed to roam freely. I do gate upstairs when I'm away so dogs can be free in the living room. I have quite a collection of toys for my dog and Hades likes to share and play.
About: I have over 20 years of experience caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, and personalities. I’ve cared for shy pups who need extra time and patience to warm up, energetic dogs who thrive on walks and play, and senior dogs who need gentle, attentive support. I have a special place in my heart for pets with unique needs. My beloved pug, Maggie, developed diabetes later in life and required insulin, along with extra care and support after becoming blind and deaf. That experience taught me the importance of patience, compassion, and paying close attention to the little things that help pets feel safe and comfortable. Whether your pup needs an energetic walk, some extra playtime, medication support, or simply a calm and caring companion while you’re away, I take pride in providing personalized care and treating every dog like they’re part of my own family. After years of caring for my own pet and helping friends and family with theirs, I’m excited to now offer my experience and love for dogs through Rover. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I schedule my day to ensure each visit receives my full attention. I plan dedicated time for drop-in visits throughout the day and prioritize punctuality, consistency, and clear communication so your pet’s routine stays as normal as possible. I treat every home and pet with the same care and respect I would my own. I follow your detailed instructions closely to keep your pet’s routine consistent, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and any special needs. I aim to create a calm, reassuring experience while you’re away and maintain a clean, secure environment before leaving. You’ll receive timely updates and photos after each visit for complete peace of mind.

Henry was amazing! From minute he met our dogs, we knew they would be in great hands. Henry did a great job of handling our three energetic dogs, calming their excitement, and playing with them during his visit. While he was watching them, Henry sent detailed reports and photos, and it’s obvious the dogs loved their time with Henry! We would absolutely book again.

Aaron was absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, his communication was excellent. Responsive, professional, and reassuring. It was clear he genuinely cares about the dogs, and seeing how comfortable, happy, and affectionate they were with him spoke volumes. They took to him immediately, which gave us so much peace of mind. We would happily trust Aaron with our dogs again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a kind, reliable, and attentive dog walker!

Hannah was great to work with. She visited with my dog once so far and the experience was smooth from start to finish. She was friendly, easy to communicate with, and made me feel comfortable leaving my dog in her care. I would be happy to book with her again.

Robin was so sweet with my boy, Bear! She was very prompt and communicative. I really appreciated her attention to detail and checking in on little things and preferences that I had forgot to mention. It felt good knowing he was in good hands. I will definitely book with Robin again!

Nicole was amazing. I’m new to the app so I kept messing up my bookings, texted her last minute and she was there for my babies with in 20 minutes! Communicated so much, sent plenty of photos, and I can see in the photos that my anxiety ridden pup felt comfy with her. Thank you Nicole!

Every time I go on vacation, I worry about leaving my pup, Viking. He has never been boarded and is most comfortable in his own environment, so finding someone I could trust was very important to me. Taylor came by to meet Viking beforehand, and right away I felt great about her. She had such a warm, positive vibe, and Viking immediately felt comfortable around her. That gave me so much peace of mind knowing he would be in good hands while I was away. Taylor was reliable, caring, and treated Viking with kindness and attention. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter. I would love to have her do drop-in visits for Viking again in the future!

I usually use friends or family to watch my senior husky, but didn't have anyone last minute and so I hired Alyssa. She took care of my Senior Husky and made sure to spend quality time with her during each visit. She's reliable, dependable, and was always on time. Both my husky and I appreciate her for taking good care of my pup while I was away. I will gladly recommend Alyssa!

Kimmeth was extremely professional, sweet, patient and communicative during the visits. My pup and I just moved to the area and he has been experiencing alot of anxiety and requires some patience during this transition. She made this experience so easy by communicating with me throughout her time with my pup and being a calming energy for him. Since he is hesitant around new people especially entering his home, having a calming presence and someone who really understands dogs is super helpful. I will 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter and will be happily rebook her for the future.

Kara was wonderful with our Yorkie, Poco and our two cats. Poco had special requirements as he is a bit anxious and she was kind to him and he even let her pet him. The cats were well taken care off. Kara updated us with pictures and had good communication. She demonstrated resourcefulness when a bull frog came into the cat area, she protected the cats, removed the frog and even cleaned the area the frog got "dirty". :) We were happy with her visits.
Genesis is great! Maybe, the best with my dog, Sophie, when I’m away. Genesis, provided us a drop-in visit, giving Soph treats, affection, and she even fed her for me, which was an unexpected bonus. She did all of this on short notice with not much prior introduction to meeting Soph. Genesis is one of the best and I highly recommend her! Thank you, Genesis!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
