Genesis is great! Maybe, the best with my dog, Sophie, when I’m away. Genesis, provided us a drop-in visit, giving Soph treats, affection, and she even fed her for me, which was an unexpected bonus. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
