“Couldn't have asked for a better experience with Alex. She even handled a crisis after Tank climbed up on the counter and grabbed some hidden chocolate-covered cookies (he did this while Alex was out for a few minutes). Alex got him the proper medical treatment and kept a close eye on him, even working from home to make sure his recovery was smooth. I got updates every few hours and Tank got plenty of exercise. Would definitely ask Alex for help again in the future.”
