About: Dogs were always present growing up. I’m my adult life I had 2 white west-highland white terriers which I adore. Good with impossible dogs . Many people always say to me “my dog never acts this way around people.” I believe dogs are truely keen on energies and emotions. So with that being said I have cared for 8 weeks to end of 14 yr life cycles and all the care that entails I am currently self employed but because of the economy my work is slow quite a bit. She was also very thoughtful about ensuring the dogs met in a way that was the least stressful for them (and me!). She arrived early to spend time with Merlin and chat with me, which was much appreciated. I felt completely comfortable with her taking care of Merlin and being in my home. She was very kind and clearly very attentive to Merlin, even playing bird songs to relax and distract him. He has separation anxiety and normally howls, barks, and paces when I leave. Jess watched my four fur babies while we were away for 8 days. It was stressful to leave them behind but she made it a little easier. She came by before hand to meet everyone and stayed in touch throughout. Her communication was excellent, she shared photos and updates often. I love that she works remote so the babies were never alone very long! Overall a great experience, thank you Jess!

Overall, we had a positive experience with Sofia and Archie and Miles appeared to be well cared for while we were away. Everything seemed to go smoothly and we returned home to two happy dogs. My only suggestion would be more frequent communication and photos during the stay. She cared for my senior dog Lulu, who has significant needs due to advanced arthritis, and Lauren handled everything with such grace, patience, and attentiveness. She was incredibly gentle with Lulu, taking every precaution to keep her comfortable, and it was clear she truly understood and cared about Lulu's unique challenges. Carolane was amazing!! She was prompt with all responses and helped keep me updated with my babies while I was gone. She was great with my older dog Bella and my kitten Rae who recently had surgery so that was a huge relief for me as having multiple animals can be tough!
