About: Hi, My name is Michael M. I just moved backed home to Miami. Since my first memories we have always owned dogs. My mom had a habit of picking up stray dogs. Her heart always broke when she saw a furry defenseless dog begging for food or needing shelter. My mom's big heart exposed me to many types of dogs all different sizes and temperament. I have been dog sitting for a while now and it's one of my favorite things to do. I am a realtor and I am able to work from home during the day while clients are working and when I am away it's for only a few hours at a time. I have a fenced yard. Like I said my dog loves social interaction with other friendly doggies and would love to find friends he could play with. I am a real estate agent with my office at home. About: I’ve taken care of both dogs and cats my whole life. My 16 year old pitbull/american bulldog mix Riley was the light of my life. She passed away in April and I’m not ready yet to adopt again. Recently I have been watching my friends dogs for company at home because my apartment feels so empty without her. I have experience with both senior dogs and puppies and reactive dogs as well. I also have experience with administering medication and caring for dogs with special needs. I am responsive around the clock- I work full time in Marine Operations at Norwegian cruise line so I am always available by phone and you will never have difficulty reaching me. Monday through Thursday I usually go to the office from about 7am - 2pm. If a dog I’m caring for needs more attention I usually just take some work from home days. Otherwise we would have a nice long sunrise walk before I leave home at 7 and an afternoon walk upon my arrival at 2:30 ish. If your dog enjoys car rides I would also love to take them on adventures to get coffee, or visit my parents (they live just 10 blocks from me). It’s really whatever your dog is accustomed to I will provide. I live in a spacious apartment 1 bed 2 bath. My building has a dog park in the complex, but I prefer to walk in my neighborhood. It’s a beautiful area with lots of waterfront and grass in front of the homes for exploring. In my apartment, Dogs are allowed on all the furniture but if that’s not allowed in your house I won’t encourage it.

She made sure to give her med every night, took her time taking her out for short walks 4-5 times a day, was super conscious of the heat and hand fed her. She left my place exactly as she found it. Couldn’t be happier with Jess’s time at my place.
Still only fabulous things to say about Troy! Our rescue boy, an 80 lb American bulldog mix gets a bit sad and anxious when we leave, but we feel completely comfortable knowing Troy is with him! And I’m pretty sure they’ve become great buddies. When Troy showed up only a month later after his first house sitting, Cashie was super excited to see him and brought him a toy :) Highly recommend! Yana came to dog sit our very anxious cavapoo, Bubbles! She went above and beyond making sure he felt safe, comfortable, and loved. Overall, we had a positive experience with Sofia and Archie and Miles appeared to be well cared for while we were away. Everything seemed to go smoothly and we returned home to two happy dogs. My only suggestion would be more frequent communication and photos during the stay. As a pet parent, it's always reassuring to receive regular updates and see how the dogs are doing while you're away. Regardless, we appreciated the care provided and would definitely book again in the future.

She cared for my senior dog Lulu, who has significant needs due to advanced arthritis, and Lauren handled everything with such grace, patience, and attentiveness. She was incredibly gentle with Lulu, taking every precaution to keep her comfortable, and it was clear she truly understood and cared about Lulu's unique challenges. Carolane was amazing!! She was prompt with all responses and helped keep me updated with my babies while I was gone. She was great with my older dog Bella and my kitten Rae who recently had surgery so that was a huge relief for me as having multiple animals can be tough!
