She was very kind and clearly very attentive to Merlin, even playing bird songs to relax and distract him. He has separation anxiety and normally howls, barks, and paces when I leave. Jess stayed with my 14 year old husky while I went out of town. I was so relieved to have found someone so great, kind and patient with my senior pup. She made sure to give her med every night, took her time taking her out for short walks 4-5 times a day, was super conscious of the heat and hand fed her. She left my place exactly as she found it. Overall, we had a positive experience with Sofia and Archie and Miles appeared to be well cared for while we were away. Everything seemed to go smoothly and we returned home to two happy dogs. My only suggestion would be more frequent communication and photos during the stay. She cared for my senior dog Lulu, who has significant needs due to advanced arthritis, and Lauren handled everything with such grace, patience, and attentiveness. She was incredibly gentle with Lulu, taking every precaution to keep her comfortable, and it was clear she truly understood and cared about Lulu's unique challenges. Carolane was amazing!! She was prompt with all responses and helped keep me updated with my babies while I was gone. She was great with my older dog Bella and my kitten Rae who recently had surgery so that was a huge relief for me as having multiple animals can be tough!
