About: I have a history of daily dog walks/check-ins as well as 3-10 day overnight stays with multiple dogs. I started off dog sitting for family friends and then started getting recommended to their friends as well. I currently work remote full time during the week and am typically available for drop ins during the day. I’m also available most weekends (and into the week) for overnight stays. I typically go over to an owner’s house to check-in and walk pets but am comfortable staying during the day if the pet needs company. I’m also comfortable following a detailed routine and can give medication if needed.

About: Hello, 🐶-parent! I’m a dachshund mom of 6 years therefore I’m aware of their unique physique and personality - all the do’s and don’ts. I’m very serious about their spine health since my boy 🐶 has IVDD flare up history. I’m that anxious over-responsible dog parent who thinks their dog is their actual child 😁 I’m the same way with the little tails whose parents trust me with their care 😌 🙋‍♀️ I work from home therefore am available 24/7; homebody so spend most of my free time at home with my wiener-dog Chimken🐶. I’m obsessed with dogs, I literally may cry when I see them outside because how are they so cute and pure; and I have to admit I love doggies more than people and they seem to know it since they love me back❤️ I’m originally from Ukraine 🇺🇦 🏠 My home is fully equipped for dachshunds! I have a ramp (though I discourage getting on the furniture to protect their backs), lot’s of blankets, toys, soft beds, sunlit balcony, doggie stroller, crate... My home is clutter-free and clean - no access to hazardous items. I also have a potty for house trained doggies. I live with my husband who works from the office and is home in the evening hours. He is a huge dog lover as myself. 🐶 I have experience with IVDD, separation anxiety, social anxiety with other dogs or people, reactive leash walking, administration of oral medication. I learned a lot about dog psychology and their body language to understand how they communicate. I trained 🐶Chimken to overcome separation anxiety (patiently - it took months). I’m a huge fan of positive reinforcement approach. I work from home, so I’m available pretty much 24/7. I’m also a homebody so I prefer to stay at home during my free time. If your pup requires constant supervision or has separation anxiety I can be with them ALWAYS. My home has no stairs (it’s a one bed apartment). I have a Ramp (though I discourage getting on the furniture for spine-health). Crate is available if needed. I have lot’s of blankets, toys and soft beds. Potty is available too (Chimken is fully house trained). I also have a dog stroller if your pup has a sensitive back but still wants to explore the parks, or for potty walks. Berries will be provided if allowed:) 🌴Walks: I live in an apartment building with amazing greenery and a fenced dog park. I also have bay-walk and Flamingo park in walking proximity if your pup loves to go on longer walks! 🌭Safety: my apartment is clutter-free and fully puppy-proof (no access to hazardous items). When left alone (if can be left alone) Chimken and your pup will be monitored via camera and restricted to living room with access to potty, water, toys. No access to high furniture. Can be crated if needed. I rarely leave for longer than an hour (usually just a quick grocery run or a swim) and if your doggie has a separation anxiety or needs constant supervision, I can stay with them ALWAYS 😌 🐾I live with my sausage dog Chimken and my husband, who works from the office, and is usually home in the evening hours. He is a great dad to Chimken and is as responsible and loving with doggies as I am :)

I work from home and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I can easily accommodate walks, feeding times, playtime, and companionship. I care for pets as if they were my own. I follow their usual routine, make sure they have fresh water, regular meals, exercise, and lots of attention. About: Who hasn’t loved dogs since childhood? I sure have! From having cats, dogs, birds and turtles while growing up, to my current dog Maggie Waggie, I’ve always loved and connected to each pet. I’m attentive to their behavior, needs, and the little cues they give us when they need to say something. I’m great at grooming, trimming nails, cleaning teeth and treating small injuries and blisters. If your dog needs a spa day, from boarding to a bath, Pupper Manor is your spot! I’m also fairly descent at basic dog training, enough to make sure me and my pets have a common language to live by each day. It’s best if your dog knows the following commands: come, sit and no. If they don’t, please make sure to let me know. I give each pet I meet love and attention, and caring for pets is my favorite activity in the world! IMPORTANT: please send vaccination records with your request or add them to your pets profile as a picture. Requests or profiles without vaccination records will not be considered. Pickups are available for a fee for those in South Beach only. I’m available for boarding almost any day of the week. I’m usually home full time and the place is perfect for dogs! I can easily care for them and there’s plenty of room for them to feel completely comfortable if they need to be separated. I provide boarding for small and medium dogs. There’s different rooms, pens and spaces if they need to be separated. I’m able to provide frequent yard access. I’m able to administer most medicines and provide basic grooming if necessary. I clean the floors with Dawn dish soap, water and white vinegar only to avoid artificial fragrances and anything that may harm our pets in any way. I do not board cats or birds. For the safety of my dog, I do not board or day care bulldogs or frenchies because they tend to lunge with great strength and may cause harm.

About: My entire life I've grown up around all different breeds of dogs and started helping my dad train our own dogs at around the age of 10. My first job at 12 was working at a local dog kennel. Growing up we've had rottweilers, dobermans, labs, mastiffs, and weimaraners, but I also have spent a lot of time taking care of my grandparents yorkie-poos as well. At home, I'm used to being around dogs all the time, and even spent my high school years volunteering at our town's local shelter.
