Leo took wonderful care of Socrates while I was away. Everything went smoothly, and it was such a relief to know he was in good hands. When I came home, Socrates looked happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Leo was kind, reliable, and clearly gave him lots of attention and care. Marianna was absolutely wonderful with Thor. She was communicative, sent detailed updates with photos after every visit, and clearly went above and beyond — even navigating flooding from a storm to make sure she got to him on time. She noticed small details, like mixing his leftovers with fresh food and topping off his water fountain, and made sure he felt safe and comfortable the whole time I was away. Thor was clearly relaxed and well cared for by the end of the trip. I’d trust her with him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter who treats your pet like family.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
