Tiago @ Nerd Paws was amazing to deal with. Super flexible with drop off and pickup. My family and I went away for 2 weeks and left our 9 month old husky with Nerd Paws. They sent me pictures while I was away and responded to me very timely . When I picked my dog up she was clean and happy .Just as she was when I dropped her off Im So happy I found Nerd Paws. This was our first time having a pet sitter for our dog and Jennifer made it the perfect experience! We received status updates and photos and videos daily. Since the first day, Jennifer has been so thoughtful and caring to our dog. Our dog loved staying with Jennifer and the snacks and treats! Jennifer was also very flexible with the pick up time. Jonathan is absolutely the best — I couldn't recommend him more highly! I left my Cavalier King Charles, Wyatt, in his care and felt completely at ease the entire time. Jonathan is attentive & genuinely loves animals. His home is a loving, comfortable environment with other pets, which made Wyatt feel right at home from the start. You can tell Jonathan truly cares about the dogs he watches — not just as a job, but because it's in his nature. Wyatt came back happy, well-loved, and clearly had a great time!
Erick was 10/10!!! communication, flexibility, positive energy and giving my baby love and a temporary home for my last-minute trip. He read through her entire profile before I dropped her off and asked any clarifying questions. He provided numerous video and photo updates. I really appreciated how he was thoughtful and proactive of her feelings and needs. She came home to me energized and healthy. We will definitely be back.
