Super thankful to have Buffy stay at Caroline’s house when I am out of town! I was so grateful for their patience and understanding as I dealt with flight cancellations, which delayed my return home by two days. Beyond being professional, they’re just an amazing, dope person. You can tell they genuinely love animals and treat them like their own. Banks came back happy, calm, and well taken care of — and that says it all. Diana was great! She took care of our 2 small doggies while we were on a 1.5 months long trip. One of the doggies needs daily medication and she took great care of that. She also sent us photos and videos daily and very responsive whenever we pinged her. Will definitely work with her again!
