Location is close to where we live, he resides in a home which gives my wife and I less stress about being secured while outside and not cooped up inside a small space. I was pleased that he allowed me to view his home before deciding to select his service. Diana was great! She took care of our 2 small doggies while we were on a 1.5 months long trip. One of the doggies needs daily medication and she took great care of that. She also sent us photos and videos daily and very responsive whenever we pinged her. Will definitely work with her again!
