We had a wonderful experience with this dog boarding service! It was my first time leaving my puppy with a boarding service, and I was always anxious about leaving her with people I did not know. My puppy looked happy and well cared for throughout her stay, and she was cheerful and relaxed when I picked her up. It was clear she had been in great hands during my trip. I had to take a last minute trip that was planned for my birthday, and looked into any available sitters to leave my precious princess onboarded. I saw Randal and Jocelyn's page and liek that they had so much experience with different breeds of dogs, and pictures too. They were super quick to reply and set up a metting and even accommodated my bydu schedule! Despite my nerves they were super patient and understanding throughout the whole hand off and made sure to check for allergies or any other important information, even down to her usual feeding schedule. Which may not seem that important but once you create a routine with your dog everyday they are used to that cycle and changing it can become chaotic. Will 100% book again, very great handoff too! She was clean and healthy and happy, ready to come home but she looked healthy and well taken care off, and that as a dog mom makes me feel like great, that I left her in good hands!
