Samantha was amazing!!! She not only met with us before to make sure Melody and I were comfortable at her house. Not only that she went above and beyond by taking her to my moms house on the last day as a favor to us. She sent multiple pictures and messaged regularly. Carmen treated our pets like family! It was our second time using Rover and we were a bit worried due to a previous bad experience with another sitter. Daniel was fantastic! He took amazing care of Toby and Blue, walking them three times a day and giving them tons of attention. Toby and Blue got home demanding more walks after we picked them up.
