I met her at her after she was unable to celebrate Honor Roll Award ceremony at Florida Memorial University due to an unforseen circumstance. As a faculty member of an HBCU, it is our goal to make sure our kids get the recognition they worked for, because watching that light go out is devastating. I invited her to my office, and we had our own cute celebration. Somewhere along the way, she told me about how she'd been dog sitting part time, and that was the best news I'd heard all year. My Yorkie is an extremely emotional little thing with fear of abandonment. Anytime I leave, my neighbours are covering their ears. Yazzy has only sat over night once, and has house sat during the daytime 6 times now, and from my experience, I will definitely be calling on her anytime I need to leave my little crybaby alone for too long.”

“Elizabeth is our first Rover sitter and we're so happy! I live in DC but my mom lives in Miami, she and her dog recently moved to an apartment without a fenced yard so he needs a walker now. Here in DC many of my friends use Rover for their dogs so I thought I'd give it a try. I am currently employed and the great thing about it is u can take your pup with me to work so you know your pet will have full supervision. I like to make sure your dogs are active and they enjoy as much time with me so of course with your permission I’ll take them out places like to the dog park etc and also the doggy daycare I work at. I have a fenced yard. After each meal I take them out for potty breaks I also have a park one block away so your pet will enjoy the walks and also play time.
