About: My family has always had pets of all types and they are family to me. I have two small friendly dogs and walking, and playing with them is just what I love! I’ve taken care of many neighbors/ friend’s pets as well, at my house and theirs. Being a working from home mom I can also do drop ins at your home to check your pup is ok and let out during the day. I also offer doggy day care at my home, so your pup never needs to be alone. I live extremely close to Miami International airport and will happily work with you to coordinate drop off/ pick ups to make it hassle free. Working from home allows me to provide your pet with love and care all day. I have two small friendly dogs that love to play with other dogs, so your pup will enjoy lots of playtime and walks! There is no shortage of attention and love! My home provides a safe and secure environment for pets, complete with a fenced yard. I have two friendly dogs to play with and two children who love pets as much as me!
About: I’ve been around animals all my life. I consider my current dog as a child. I feed him and give him the most amount of exercise he needs to keep him healthy. Taking care of my pet is a full-time job. I walk/run my dog daily for his health and my own mental health. We both love the fresh air and getting our sweat on. I treat all pets as humans alike, with respect and dignity. Giving them all the attention and love they need to feel comfortable and happy.
“Autum did an amazing job with Ace! He can be a big, affectionate dog, and she handled him so well. He came back happy, calm, and clearly enjoyed his time with her. 10 out of 10 paws 🐾”

About: I've been surrounded by animals my entire life and have experience caring for dogs of all sizes and cats of every personality. As the proud pet parent of four rescue cats (including my 13-year-old senior), I'm experienced with feeding routines, administering medication, senior and special-needs care, and recognizing changes in behavior. I'm also an active cat rescue volunteer involved in TNR, fostering, and caring for community cat colonies. I treat every pet like family and strive to provide loving, reliable care while keeping owners updated every step of the way. I currently work part-time remotely, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for your pets. Whether it's drop-in visits, walks, or overnight stays, I'm committed to providing reliable, attentive care and making sure your pets stick to their normal routine. I understand how important it is to keep pets comfortable in their own environment. I carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, and any special routines to minimize stress while you're away. I'll treat both your home and your pets with the same care and respect as I do my own, while keeping you updated with photos and messages throughout each visit.
“Arianna is great. Rosie has gone on 2 walks with her and now when I open the door she runs right out! I will definitely re-hire 💗 Thank you for taking care of my fur-baby ✨”

“Very communicative about the whole process of taking care of my pups which is super important to me! 10/10 recommend and trust with the pups :) ❤️ Thank you for everything!!”

“Mariya and her partner gave me a lot of confidence from the start. It was their first time walking my dogs, and I’ll definitely be calling them again. My dogs are big and sometimes unpredictable around other dogs or if they see a cat, so I really appreciated how well everything went. I’m very happy with the experience and will absolutely reach out again. Thank you!”

About: I began in high school with a veterinary assisting program. My love for animals flourished with this program as I learned a lot on how to care for them in the veterinary field. Additionally, I was able to raise money for the program as their lead in running their grooming services. With the help of several dedicated students, we were able to groom staff and student's furry friends, volunteer to help animals, compete in FFA veterinary career development events, and foster dogs, cats, rabbits, and ferrets. Additionally, I worked at a veterinary neurology hospital in 2019 for a year, before deciding to go back to school to be a firefighter/paramedic. My Great Dane, Pretzel, is an advocate for puppy classes and daycare. I have learned so much about his breed, other breeds, dog's body language, and different styles of training. He’s my best friend and currently in training to be a therapy dog for those in need. I am currently a full time firefighter. I have a 5 year old Great Dane named Pretzel. He’s a huge dog lover as well. Playtime can be with or without Pretzel, but if your pup needs extra affection, he's willing to give it. He's a huge part of my daily routine. Growing up, I’d like to think I lived in a zoo. The pets in my household were all different breeds and sizes. This means they all have very different needs and temperaments. I've adapted to all of them and I am able to respond to their unspoken language, based off of their nature. I've been through many dog training sessions with Pretzel and it has helped me understand a human's role in a dog's life, as well as what each dog requires.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Virginia Gardens
Amazing experience! She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional with my dog. From the moment she arrived, she made my pup feel comfortable and excited for his walk. She communicated clearly, sent updates, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. My dog came back happy, relaxed, and full of good energy — you can tell she genuinely loves animals and knows how to handle them with care and confidence. I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in such good hands. I will definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommended! ¡100% recomendada!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
