She sent daily updates with photos and detailed notes about Layla’s mood, habits, and what she liked each day, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. On her own initiative, she even added a soft, comfortable material to the bottom of Layla’s crate to make her more comfortable, which meant a lot to me. It was clear that Layla was treated with genuine care and kindness, not just watched over. All of this came at a very reasonable price. I would absolutely trust Sylvia again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and responsible pet sitter.”
