As soon as we arrive in the car, he is freaking out jumping all over the place. Donna sends me a lot of pictures and videos throughout the day and is very communicative. Truly could not have asked for a better sitter!!! This was my first time using Rover, and I was quite nervous, but Kayla was willing to FaceTime me and ease all of my anxiety. The drop off was seamless, I got multiple updates, pictures, and videos of my pup throughout his say, and most importantly he was happy as could be. My return flight ended up getting canceled, so I needed to extend the stay, and Winnie was so accommodating! I really can’t recommend these gals enough!
Millie was great at taking care of my two Frenchies. She was very accommodating with picking them up from my in-laws and she even sent me a picture to let me know when she had them in her care. Marina is truly a gem! I was super anxious about leaving my dog with someone new for the first time, but she immediately put me at ease. Diana is Amazing! We booked 5 nights with Diana for our TinkerBell and Diana let us come meet her for 30 minutes the day before drop-off day so we could meet her and introduce TinkerBell to her so she’d feel comfortable and at home with Diana. Diana is super sweet and very personable and she REALLY doves doggies and it shows. TinkerBell jumped right in her lap and gave her doggie kisses. Diana sent us several pictures and videos every day. It was so very comforting. We really love the great service she provides. We will use her again. She really is awesomely amazing! 💕❤️🥰
Maria watched my dog again for 6 nights. I see has watched my dog several times now. She was able to watch him for an additional night after our flight was delayed until the next day. This was Leo's first stay with Brittany, and everything went very smoothly. She was kind, communicative, and kept me updated with photos throughout his stay, which I really appreciated. Everything went without any issues, and I felt comfortable knowing Leo was in good hands.
Mimi had a great time with Olga and the family. Mimi was attended to and walked multiple times a day. Mimi interacted with other dogs and kids which was great! Our Cocoa had a fab time staying with Leo. He provided updates and photos everyday. We rescued Cocoa from the streets a few weeks before and required boarding before taking her back to the UK - Leo boarded her and he made sure that there was no halt in progress with her in terms of training and diet.
