I’m so grateful to have found Penelope to watch Milo! As a first-time Rover user, I was a little hesitant, but she happily accommodated my request for a meet and greet before booking. The best sitter ever!!! This is the second time watching my dog with so much love and care. Very professional, definitely understanding, and my dog loves them!! I cannot recommend Amy highly enough, she recently took care of my dog for 5 nights, it was the first time I had left him with a sitter and I was understandably nervous but Amy was wonderful with him and he had a great time with her. Amy sent pictures and videos every day, and was immediately responsive to texts and any questions I had. I would not hesitate to use Amy again, no question about it!
We couldn’t have asked for better sitters for Mozzie! This was the first time we had ever left him, and he was experiencing quite a bit of separation anxiety. Eugenia and Diego were incredibly patient, understanding, and caring throughout his stay. They kept us updated and treated Mozzie with love and attention.
