She was incredibly fast and responsive and assured us that Mochi was in great hands. Normally we prefer a meet up first or trial run but in this situation that wasn't possible (no fault of hers) but dropping him off we felt really good about it and knew he was safe and would feel at home. She sent plenty of pictures and videos throughout his stay and Mochi appeared to be having a lovely time meeting the other dogs staying, playing in the backyard and even lounging in bed with her lol. We knew he was good when she was telling us about his personality and it was the same as when he's home with us so surely he was comfortable. We will definitely use her in the future and are grateful to have connected with Paola in the midst of what could have been a really stressful situation for everyone. Priscilla was so great with my 2 babies! I needed a last minute sitter and she was able to take my babies and care for them while I was gone! I can't say enough about Darvis he's such a great person and so caring about are fur babies.i was afraid to leave our 11 month old puppy that we adopted from the humane society with a severe case of separation anxiety. Wendy welcomed little Ari into her home with warmth and skill. Ari stayed for the night and day, and it was clear from the start she was in capable hands. Wendy’s home is warm and comfortable, with a huge backyard where Ari can run and play, and she let her sleep in her bed…pure comfort for my pup. She also sent photo updates that made my day. Wendy is a gem, and I’ll be booking with her again.
Diana is Amazing! We booked 5 nights with Diana for our TinkerBell and Diana let us come meet her for 30 minutes the day before drop-off day so we could meet her and introduce TinkerBell to her so she’d feel comfortable and at home with Diana. Diana is super sweet and very personable and she REALLY doves doggies and it shows. TinkerBell jumped right in her lap and gave her doggie kisses. Diana sent us several pictures and videos every day. It was so very comforting. We really love the great service she provides. We will use her again. She really is awesomely amazing! 💕❤️🥰
Maria watched my dog again for 6 nights. I see has watched my dog several times now. She was able to watch him for an additional night after our flight was delayed until the next day. She checked in to make sure our flight would be back as planned. This gave me great piece of mind that my boy wouldn't be left while we tried to make it back home! Becky went above and beyond to give exceptional care to our precious Ruby. Ruby is very sound sensitive and Becky comforted her while she was distressed by thunderstorms. She was given so much love and attention throughout and we got so many photos and detailed updates that we never found ourselves wondering or worrying. I really appreciated all the communication! And when we had a terrible 6 hour flight delay coming home Becky was amazing and even accommodated Ruby for an extra night. Would highly recommend!
