This was our very first time using the Rover app and also our first time ever being away from our beautiful toy poodle, Chloe who has never been around other dogs before , so my anxiety was honestly through the roof. From day one, though, I just knew Chloe was going to be in the best hands with Gigi. Gigi is truly incredible. Her vibe, her energy, and the love she gives are so warm and comforting , you can immediately tell she has a genuine heart for animals. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was calm, relaxing, and reassuring for both Chloe and me. She consistently sent pictures and videos, which meant the world to me and completely put my mind at ease. Chloe had such a great time and came home happy, relaxed, and very calm , which speaks volumes. Seeing how comfortable and content she was confirmed everything I felt from the beginning. Gigi is not only an amazing dog sitter, but an absolutely wonderful, kind, and genuine person. We will definitely be keeping Gigi as our go to sitter and using her for other services as well. I couldn’t recommend her more, especially for first-time Rover users or anyone who feels anxious about leaving their dog. Truly an amazing experience from start to finish. Highly, highly recommended!
William has taken care of our Bianca several times, most recently in December 2025 and also this past beginning of January 2026. And several times prior. He is wonderful with Bianca and she looooves going to his place. We trust him IMPLICITLY with her care and he always sends photos and messages, telling us how much is enjoying her company. I know if Bianca could talk, she would say the same about spending time with William!! Highly, highly recommend! We NEVER EVER worry about being away when Bianca is with William!!
Marcos and family provided my babies the care that only a dog lover could provide. They constantly kept me updated with pictures and videos. My dogs interacted with their pets and their family members as well. It was a welcoming and nurturing environment and I highly recommend them. Arial is the absolute best! The second we met her, we knew our dog Kylo was in good hands! Kylo doesn’t like strangers and he doesn’t warm up to most people, but he loved Arial the second he met her! Alexzander accommodated my request although I was traveling from another state and couldn’t meet ahead of time. My dog Milo is usually shy but very quickly warmed up to him. Really glad I was able to find Alexzander, would take his help again whenever visiting again.
We are so incredibly glad we found Paola and Steve! It is such a comfort to leave our pups with people who truly LOVE dogs. They watched Georgie and Layla and were absolutely wonderful. It was the first time Tali had ever been away from us, and I was quite worried. However, the experience turned out to be wonderful. Aliaksandra surrounded Tali with so much care and love. My dog was as happy as could be — she ate well, played, and slept normally. I received plenty of photos and videos, which gave me complete peace of mind. I truly didn’t have to worry at all. Ariana took exceptional care of Monstruo and treated him like her own. From daily updates to photos, I always felt completely at ease. Monstruo was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for when I returned. Ariana was attentive, and followed all instructions. I could tell she genuinely loves animals and takes her role seriously. Bruno stayed with them for a week and he couldn’t have been more taken care of! I would easily book with them again anytime. They sent me daily photos of his activity with them — the walk and feeding schedule was kept to. They were very attentive to Bruno’s needs and didn’t hestitate to notify me when he was missing something. They are both so warm and caring that my little guy adjusted to them very quickly. She took him to the park every day to run around and play in the lake. She handled Milo very well who is a very energetic and needy boy. She ensured me he was no trouble at all. This was our first boarding for our pup since rescuing her and we were quite nervous about how she'd do with strangers. She immediately took to Ekaterina and didn't put up a fuss when dropping her off. I appreciated that Ekaterina was prompt with communication and provided photo updates. She clarified any feeding instructions and walking needs upon arrival. My pup looked happy and I got good feedback from Ekaterina when picking her back up so I was relieved. Overall, it was an easygoing experience and I would trust Ekaterina with my pet again.
Carolina was amazing! My Princess Leia is a very special girl that sometimes takes a little longer to warm up to people and I was very nervous about leaving her with a pet sitter during a recent trip. I can honestly say all of my concerns disappeared when we did our meet and greet! Carolina is kind and patient and I knew she was the right person to watch my furbaby. She sent regular updates with pictures and kept regular communications with me throughout my trip (I’m an anxious dog mom).
