“Jeffrey was the best! We have tried others on Rover but have never been completely relaxed and at ease but with Jeffrey, there was no doubt or anxiety about leaving our dogs with him. He was communicative the whole time, sent pictures, and handled our bulldog ( not an easy breed) with ease. Jeffrey has a fenced in yard and stay with the dogs on potty breaks and maintains his home very clean. Just a joy and now I won’t use anyone else, found my dog sitter!!”

Julie not only took great care of Hope, she took care of me by demonstrating her love for Hope while I was out of town. Because of the daily reports from Julie that Hope was doing well, I was able to focus on my tasks out of town. When I arrived to pick up Hope, while she was excited to see me, she was also not ready to leave Julie’s home. That was the biggest and most important evidence that Hope was loved, protected, and taken care of. Julie has my highest recommendation and I will definitely seek her out when I need someone to take care of Hope in the future. She sent plenty of pictures and videos throughout his stay and Mochi appeared to be having a lovely time meeting the other dogs staying, playing in the backyard and even lounging in bed with her lol. We knew he was good when she was telling us about his personality and it was the same as when he's home with us so surely he was comfortable. We will definitely use her in the future and are grateful to have connected with Paola in the midst of what could have been a really stressful situation for everyone. I could tell from the initial encounter with Jeffery and his wife that my girl Athena was going to be in great hands. Athena was in their care for 9 days, the longest we’ve been separated. I was quite anxious but once I saw how quickly Athena fell in love with them and how they greeted her brought me ease. I was provided with daily updates/photos. It was a joy to see her running in their yard and making herself at home, as she was allowed on the couch and on their lap. It was clear Athena enjoyed herself.

This was our very first time using the Rover app and also our first time ever being away from our beautiful toy poodle, Chloe who has never been around other dogs before , so my anxiety was honestly through the roof. From day one, though, I just knew Chloe was going to be in the best hands with Gigi. Gigi is truly incredible. Her vibe, her energy, and the love she gives are so warm and comforting , you can immediately tell she has a genuine heart for animals. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was calm, relaxing, and reassuring for both Chloe and me. She consistently sent pictures and videos, which meant the world to me and completely put my mind at ease. Chloe had such a great time and came home happy, relaxed, and very calm , which speaks volumes. Seeing how comfortable and content she was confirmed everything I felt from the beginning. Gigi is not only an amazing dog sitter, but an absolutely wonderful, kind, and genuine person. We will definitely be keeping Gigi as our go to sitter and using her for other services as well. I couldn’t recommend her more, especially for first-time Rover users or anyone who feels anxious about leaving their dog. Truly an amazing experience from start to finish. Highly, highly recommended!
William has taken care of our Bianca several times, most recently in December 2025 and also this past beginning of January 2026. And several times prior. He is wonderful with Bianca and she looooves going to his place. We trust him IMPLICITLY with her care and he always sends photos and messages, telling us how much is enjoying her company. I know if Bianca could talk, she would say the same about spending time with William!! Highly, highly recommend! We NEVER EVER worry about being away when Bianca is with William!!
We are so incredibly glad we found Paola and Steve! It is such a comfort to leave our pups with people who truly LOVE dogs. They watched Georgie and Layla and were absolutely wonderful. Eunice & her family always take such good care of Max and he even got a new toy for Christmas! Eunice treats him like her family & always updated me with pics and videos of my Max.
