Michele was amazing!!! She had Cosi (my dog) for an extended stay of 5 weeks. She sent pictures and videos daily. If there was ever the slight chance of something wrong, she would let me know and offer to take her to the vet if needed. She had great communication throughout the entire stay! Cosi looked so happy and well taken care of in all of the pictures. She made sure to accommodate Cosi’s needs, by asking me how many walks she needed, her routine, all of it. I recommend Michele with my eyes closed!! I will 100% be using her boarding services again!!!
Millie was great at taking care of my two Frenchies. She was very accommodating with picking them up from my in-laws and she even sent me a picture to let me know when she had them in her care. You know those people that right from the beginning you can feel their good energy? That’s Amanda. I think it took our dog 2.5 seconds to be comfortable with her. Haha. Amanda gave us a house tour, sent us picture updates, and took such good care of our dog overnight. She came back smelling good and happy. We are so relieved to have found Amanda and her family. They genuinely love dogs. Amanda cares and does a great job! We will be back.
Mikayla was AMAZING! This was my first time using rover and I was a little apprehensive about the process, but Mikayla immediately eased my mind with prompt responses, a positive attitude, and an obvious passion towards for what she does. I warned her that my dog is very well behaved, but does like to bolt when he sees an open door. She reassured me that she’s dealt with that behavior before and takes extra precautions with those frisky little escape artists 😭 She took Toby on daily walks, allowed him to play in her fenced backyard, and provided me with daily updates & photos, as well as provided me with answers to any questions I may have had. Mikayla even went out of her way the day of the booking, to check in with our timing and offered an earlier or later pickup time if necessary; extending that same courtesy on the day of pickup… If you’re looking for a reliable, caring, and animal loving sitter, look no further. Had the best experience leaving my dog Moses with Gaby and her family for 12 days while I was traveling. I was nervous at first as this was Moses’s first time staying long term with them but she quickly eased my worry by being very intentional on sending me updates. She also paid such close attention to Moses and his health that she noticed his allergies were flaring up pretty bad and causing some issues so she informed me right away and took preventative measures to help make sure things didn’t get worse. She also gave me some suggestions that were helpful. She cared for him so well. I’m so grateful to Gaby and her family. I couldn’t have asked for a better family to take care of my dog while I was away. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again in the future.
Maria watched my dog again for 6 nights. I see has watched my dog several times now. She was able to watch him for an additional night after our flight was delayed until the next day. She checked in to make sure our flight would be back as planned. This gave me great piece of mind that my boy wouldn't be left while we tried to make it back home! Becky went above and beyond to give exceptional care to our precious Ruby. Ruby is very sound sensitive and Becky comforted her while she was distressed by thunderstorms. She was given so much love and attention throughout and we got so many photos and detailed updates that we never found ourselves wondering or worrying. I really appreciated all the communication! And when we had a terrible 6 hour flight delay coming home Becky was amazing and even accommodated Ruby for an extra night. Would highly recommend!
