About: Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a golden retriever, and my Australian shepherd was my best friend from the time I was 21 until I recently lost him. I've spent a lot of time around high-energy dogs like Aussies and doodles, I helped raise and train a hyper little mini doodle for a friend, walking him, teaching him tricks, and potty training him every day. I've also watched my neighbors dogs for long hours while they were at work, so I'm used to dogs who need company through the day. And I know what it's like to care for a dog that's slowing down. My Aussie had Degenerative Myelopathy and dementia toward the end, so I have real patience and experience with senior dogs who need extra help getting around. Whether your dog wants a long walk or run or just gentle, patient attention, I'll take good care of them. I work from home, so I have plenty of time to give your dog attention throughout the day. I'm available daily or on weekends: morning, night, or anytime during the day. In my home: I live in a second-floor apartment with a quick, easy exit to outside. There's a huge lawn and walking area right nearby, so getting your dog out for potty breaks and walks is simple. Inside, I keep toys on hand, always have fresh water and food available, and the apartment stays cool and comfortable with AC. In your home: I'll respect your space and stick to your dog's normal routine feeding, walks, playtime, and potty breaks on their usual schedule. I'm happy to follow any house rules or instructions you leave, keep things tidy, and make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable in their own environment.
“Audrey was super accommodating for my late notice booking and she was very patient/ communicative with my anxious girl. My building staff saw my dog around with Audrey, and they told me she looked so happy and comfortable 🙂”

About: I’ve been watching all sorts of pets ever since I can remember. My family and I have always been the go-to for friends and family needing a pet sitter. We used to take care of pets on Rover for 3 years and made friends with many clients and their pets. This time I’m doing it on my own. I have two dogs and one cat at home who all love each other. I go to Orlando every so often, so if I’m not available I am probably in Orlando! However, if my calendar says I’m unavailable, I still encourage you to send me a message and I might be able to watch your pups/cat anyway! Besides Orlando, I am very available right now, but starting Aug 24th I will have classes Mon & Wed from 9AM-2PM, & Fri from 9AM-12PM. I am planning on getting a part-time job in the future. I have a lot of experience in getting along with dogs and can do many things to check up on them such as refilling their food and water bowls, cleaning up any accidents or messes, playing with or walking them so they are tired out for the day, as well as any special instructions/needs your dog has. ‼️Also, My boyfriend usually joins me in taking care of pets, so please let me know beforehand if you’re not comfortable with that so I’m aware.‼️
“Rho has been amazing! Our German shepherd, Lambo, needs some TLC and patience as he can be very sensitive. Rho has exceptional animal intuition and a kind energy that Lambo took to very well. Sometimes he doesn’t like when new people go to touch his head and clip his leash but she had it clipped in minutes. Very relieved after moving to a new area to find a trustworthy, reliable, communicative, and true animal lover to watch our GSD and two cats.”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and love animals. I am a full time student looking to take care of some friendly animals on the side! I am a student and have a lot of time, especially on weekends to care for animals! I would love to assist on early morning walks and nighttime walks! I will follow any direction given by the owner and make sure the animals properly cared for, I am always attentive to the animal and makes sure it is comfortable
“Jenni sincerely cares about our Golden pup, Fisher. She is overjoyed when we reach out to have her walk/watch him, which shows how passionate she is for what she does. Would recommend Jenni to anyone looking for a reliable and passionate dog walker.”

“Valerie was amazing! She did a great job of walking our two senior dogs while my family and I went on vacation. She was always in constant contact and let us know if there was anything going on with our boys. I would highly recommend.”

About: I have pets of my own and know how important it is to find someone to care for them when we have to travel or have busy schedules. I've taken care of dogs and cats for friends and family throughout the years and enjoy it very much! My daughter loves to help out and is also a volunteer at a vet clinic twice a week. We will care for your furbabies just as if they were our own. I work from home therefore I have a flexible schedule and am home most of the time. This allows me to be available to dedicate my time to your pet! Everyone in my home loves animals and see them as part of the family. I have a friendly dog and cat who get along well with other animals. I have a fenced yard with plenty of space. I also live a walking distance from 2 parks where I like to take my dog for walks and to get some exercise. I will make sure to follow any meal and walking schedules as requested. I make sure to give them a comfortable place to relax and rest, and also to take time in the day to pet and play with them. If we visit your home, we will make sure to follow any specific instructions for feeding, walking, or playing with your pet. My goal is to help them feel safe and comfortable when I am caring for them.
“Haby was simply incredible! She was quick to respond and really jumped in to walk my anxious pup, Luna last minute. My mom was sick and couldn’t walk her and Luna is a very special case. Haby did so great with her and was so patient. She didn’t push Luna to like her and gave her the space she needed to win her over. I recommend Haby for any pet who is special needs, shy, anxious, and all of the above. She was great and am grateful to have met her. Thank you for all you did for Luna, Haby!”

About: Hi, I’m Bianca! I grew up in a family of animal lovers and have cared for all kinds of pets, including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, and lizards. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is something I truly enjoy. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me for years to watch over their beloved pets whenever they needed an extra helping hand. I understand that pets are family, and I take that responsibility seriously. When your pet stays with me, they will be treated with the same love, attention, and care that I would give my own. Whether it’s walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply making sure they feel safe and comfortable, your pet’s happiness and well-being are my top priorities. Welcome to Bianca’s Doggie Daycare, where your pup always comes first! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I am an early riser who enjoys staying active and maintaining a structured schedule. I typically wake up around 4:00 a.m., work out, and go for a run before starting my day. Being active allows me to provide pets with the attention, exercise, and engagement they need. I make it a priority to ensure every animal receives proper nutrition, plenty of playtime, affection, and cuddles. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and believe they thrive when they receive consistent care, love, and companionship. My routine allows me to be reliable, attentive, and fully committed to meeting each pet's individual needs. 🐾💕 I provide a safe, clean, and loving environment for pets in my home. I follow each pet's regular feeding schedule, ensure they always have access to fresh water, and provide plenty of exercise, playtime, and attention throughout the day. Because I have a structured and active lifestyle, I am able to give pets consistent care and companionship. I understand that every pet has unique needs, so I take the time to learn their routines, preferences, and personalities to help them feel comfortable and secure. Most importantly, I treat every pet as if they were my own, offering plenty of affection, cuddles, and a calm environment where they can feel happy and at home while their owners Are away!
About: I had my own dogs for 16 years (Mini Daschunds. My second dog passed away a few years ago, and I don’t currently have any dogs of my own. I always say the right one will come along when the time is right. I occasionally care for more than one dog at a time, so your dog may have another friendly companion during their stay. I have a fully fenced backyard, and dogs are never left outside unattended. I’m happy to take them for walks as often as needed and, of course, provide plenty of snuggles and attention if that’s their style. I leave the house for about two hours each morning, and that’s typically the longest I’m away all day. Other than that, I can be home to give your dog lots of attention and care, if needed. I work from home, so I am here all the time. I can give your dog as much attention as he/she needs. I am also available to take walks and runs as much as they are needed. I have a fenced in backyard, and I live in a guesthouse in the backyard. There is a little Frenchie that I watch often, other than him, there should be no other dogs here.
“Briana is so good with my dog, Wally. Plus she is very flexible and understanding when something came up and I had to change plans. I absolutely love working with her and fully recommend her!”

About: Hi, I’m Destinee. I'm a Certified Veterinary Assistant, and I'm completing school to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. After that, I'll eventually become a Veterinary Dentist! It's cliché, but I've no other way to describe how I feel, I simply have a huge love for all types of animals—even bugs. There's something in everything for me. Getting to earn extra funds while spending time with and caring for beings that make me so happy—even the grumpy ones—is something I'll hold onto for as long as I live. No matter where I am or what I have, I'll always have a friend to help. At this moment, I'm unemployed, so I have all the time in the world. I'll try my best to work with the clients' and their loved ones' schedules. I try to remember I'm a stranger to them, but I certainly don't act like it. I love them to the moon and back, and will treat them as if I raised them myself, because why not? It's the right thing to do.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - West Park
I’ve had a great experience with Deena as my dog walker and would highly recommend her services. She is reliable, punctual, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. My dog warmed up to her immediately, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Deena provides regular updates, including photos and notes about each walk, which I really appreciate. It’s clear she pays attention to details like my dog’s energy level, behavior, and routine. I’ve also noticed a positive difference in my dog’s mood and overall well-being since we started working with her.
Valerie is the best! My puppy loved her. She’s very experienced, caring and responsible. Lucy is training to be a therapy dog and Valerie did an excellent job using the specific commands Lucy is being taught. Also, Lucy is a challenge at five months and 50 pounds. Valerie had no problem, controlling her in a loving way.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
