About: Hi! My name is Marielys, and caring for animals is something I truly love and take very seriously. Responsibility is my greatest value, and I always care for every pet as if they were my own. What you can expect from me: • 🐾 Loving and responsible care • 🐾 Personalized attention • 🐾 Dog walks during their stay • 🐾 Regular updates with messages and photos • 🐾 Clear and constant communication for your peace of mind My goal is for you to feel completely at ease knowing your pet is safe, happy, and surrounded by love. Every pet is unique, so I always adapt to their individual needs, routines, personality, energy level, and comfort, ensuring they feel safe, understood, loved, and well cared for I believe every pet is unique, so I adapt my care to each pet’s specific needs and personality. I provide a calm, clean, and safe environment, whether in my home or the client’s home, always respecting their routine. I pay close attention to their behavior, comfort, and emotional well-being, and I maintain open communication with owners to ensure their pets feel secure, cared for, and loved at all times.
About: I have pets of my own and know how important it is to find someone to care for them when we have to travel or have busy schedules. I've taken care of dogs and cats for friends and family throughout the years and enjoy it very much! My daughter loves to help out and is also a volunteer at a vet clinic twice a week. We will care for your furbabies just as if they were our own. I work from home therefore I have a flexible schedule and am home most of the time. This allows me to be available to dedicate my time to your pet! Everyone in my home loves animals and see them as part of the family. I have a friendly dog and cat who get along well with other animals. I have a fenced yard with plenty of space. I also live a walking distance from 2 parks where I like to take my dog for walks and to get some exercise. I will make sure to follow any meal and walking schedules as requested. I make sure to give them a comfortable place to relax and rest, and also to take time in the day to pet and play with them. If we visit your home, we will make sure to follow any specific instructions for feeding, walking, or playing with your pet. My goal is to help them feel safe and comfortable when I am caring for them.
About: Your home will be in better shape than when you left — guaranteed. I grew up surrounded by animals. Dogs, cats, the beautiful chaos of both. Pets weren't a hobby in my household; they were the heartbeat of every day. I recently said goodbye to Chiti, my 16-year-old dog. She taught me that presence is the greatest gift you can give a living being. That's the standard I bring into every home I care for. I'm a writer and coach who works entirely from home — which means your pet has near-constant human company all day, every day. No empty house. No pet waiting by the door alone. What you can expect from me: • Daily photos and updates — you'll feel like you never left • The same feeding times, walks, and rules your pet already knows • A calm, quiet environment (I meditate and practice yoga daily — animals notice immediately) • A spotless home when you return • Bilingual communication — English and Spanish I'm an experienced, verified house sitter with 5-star reviews from TrustedHousesitters, where I cared for homes and pets across multiple stays. I have my own transportation and treat every home I stay in with the same care I'd want for my own. Your home won't be empty. Your pet won't be lonely. And when you return, both will be exactly as you left them — just a little more loved. I serve the entire South Florida area with my own car: Pompano Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Deerfield Beach, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach, Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, and surrounding communities. I work from home full-time as a writer and coach — 100% flexible schedule, 7 days a week including holidays and overnights. I'm home almost all day, every day, which means your pet always has company. No rushing back between jobs, no leaving them alone for hours. I'm simply here. When caring for your pet in your home, I follow your routine exactly — same feeding times, same walks, same rules — so everything feels familiar and safe. I have no pets of my own, which is ideal for animals that do best in a calm, one-on-one environment. Doors and gates are always secured, pets are never left unattended in unfamiliar spaces, and I send daily photo and message updates. You'll always know your pet is safe — and your home is in good hands. I'm reliable, respectful, and treat every home as if it were my own.
About: I've been taking care of all breeds and sizes of dogs for the past 4 years, I've even fostered pitbulls, akita, and a great dane I have mostly open availability, any day and time your pet needs I'll be there. I want to make working with animals my only job :) I live in a large apartment but have plenty of fenced in community space to walk and play with dogs, there's also a few dog parks near me too. I make sure when sitting in a client's home that I don't disturb the space and that the pet is comfortable with my presence.
“Valerie was amazing! She did a great job of walking our two senior dogs while my family and I went on vacation. She was always in constant contact and let us know if there was anything going on with our boys. I would highly recommend.”

“I cannot recommend Dominga enough as a dog walker! She went above and beyond during her time with my dog, Tali. Not only did she walk Tali longer than scheduled, but she also took her to various parks that I absolutely loved. Tali always comes home happy and tired from all the fun and playing. It's clear that she enjoys her time with Dominga, and I feel so fortunate to have found such a wonderful dog walker for my baby Tali. I will continue with Dominga for dog sitting and walker. 🐕🦺 --- Feel free to adjust any part of it to better match your thoughts!”

About: What sets me apart from other pet sitters is that i actually love the whole job not only the cute parts. Im patient when it comes to puppies who are still learning and are very playful, gentle with older dogs who need a slower pace, and calm when pets are anxious and shy. Im great at following the routine like giving pets meds and sensing when something is “off”. Basically I treat every pet like theyre my own with lots of love and care. Pet care fits very well into my daily and weekly routine. My schedule is very open, which allows me to provide consistent attention, walks, feeding, and companionship as needed I make sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved. At my home, I have a friendly cat and a fenced yard where pets can run around and play safely with supervision. I stick to their normal feeding and potty schedules, give them plenty of playtime and attention, and make sure they’re always comfortable. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routine closely so pets feel relaxed and at home. I handle feeding, walks, playtime, and basic care as instructed.
“Adriana was amazing with my furry babies! She has the natural talent with dogs! I will definitely call her again to walk my dogs! She has a wonderful energy with animals!”

“Jenni is Very kind had all the enthusiasm! And was very friendly with my doggy! I super recommend! She’s friendly and had all the good intentions! Thank you so much!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. I am mainly home all day , unless I need to step out to the store. I have a 9 year old spayed female American bulldog mix. My sweetest girl I’ll ever meet. She is super friendly with every other dog whether it’s a puppy to a senior dog :) I am currently a home body , as I am in school . I like to cater to the pets around me for now til I do finish my school. I do live in an apartment , but the pet I will be taking care of will always be on a leash outside my door. Once inside my home, they are open to every room and furniture:))

“Camila is wonderful to work with and took exceptional care of Dexter! She was on time, communicated well and has a lovely and kind disposition. I will absolutely work with her when we return to Miami.”

About: I’ve been watching all sorts of pets ever since I can remember. My family and I have always been the go-to for friends and family needing a pet sitter. We used to take care of pets on Rover for 3 years and made friends with many clients and their pets. This time I’m doing it on my own. I have two dogs and one cat at home who all love each other. I currently have a part-time job, and I go to Orlando every so often, so if I’m not available I am probably in Orlando! However, if my calendar says I’m unavailable, I still encourage you to send me a message and I might be able to watch your pups/cat anyway! I have a lot of experience in getting along with dogs and can do many things to check up on them such as refilling their food and water bowls, cleaning up any accidents or messes, playing with or walking them so they are tired out for the day, as well as any special instructions/needs your dog has. ‼️Also, My boyfriend usually joins me in taking care of pets, so please let me know beforehand if you’re not comfortable with that so I’m aware.‼️
“Denys was wonderful to work with. He was very communicative, accommodating and helpful. He was always on time and kept us informed. He did a great job taking care of our pup, would highly recommend him for any of your needs!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Norland
I’ve had a great experience with Deena as my dog walker and would highly recommend her services. She is reliable, punctual, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. My dog warmed up to her immediately, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Deena provides regular updates, including photos and notes about each walk, which I really appreciate. It’s clear she pays attention to details like my dog’s energy level, behavior, and routine. I’ve also noticed a positive difference in my dog’s mood and overall well-being since we started working with her.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
